Has any one had an problem with there active porfile because mine has suddenly stop showing my two Hawke characters i have made and none of my achievements or my item on locks show on my social page?

Profile still not showing and i have six Hawkes and only one is popping up no achievements or unlocks are showing up as well can any dev explain this porblem?
