I'm still trying to figure out how to get him. Is he only included in the Special edition?

Yes I know about Sabastian but a freind of mine has a guy named Sanchez. I still am stumped on how to get him.

Sanchez is suppose to be a additional character that you can get in the party. No I am not talking about Sebastion from the DLC. My guess is he's only included if you buy the special edition of the game because my friend did mention that a bonus character was included in the game. Im just wondering if this is true or if anyone got him yet. If so when and where? He told me sometime during Act 2 Im guessing during the arishock dispute. Not entirely sure.

When did he tell you that? 

Well he's on a second playthrough and got him twice. Again where and when I have no clue.

My friend got the spelling wrong. It's Sebastian. I appologize for not knowing. Apparently he's free if you get the special edition while non special editions you had to pay for the guy. I thought Sanchez was this rouge guy on the wounded coast that keeps showing up when you open a treasure chest but seems glitched.

Now i'm motivated to dub over every one of Sebastian's lines and change his character model just to make this "Sanchez" exist.
