First problem: I am unable to log in via forums.bioware.com. In order to log in to the forums, I have to load masseffect.bioware.com, then click on the forum link from there. It's loading the same account I've had since before Pirates of the Sword Coast, but it will not let me log in to the forums directly. Every time I try to, it says my login info is bad (the very same login info that works just fine when I connect via the Mass Effect pages).
Second problem: Certain forums that I was able to post to six months ago, I am no longer able to post to. For instance, the ME forums. I get a message at the top of my screen that says I am not eligible to post in these forums. Why would that be? Since there's no way to enter registration data for my game (and never has been, according to old posts), it's not as if I didn't register my game for access. So why do the forums say I'm not eligible to post in forums that are not system-only?

The error message is a lie. Look it up. There have been many dozens of such complaints.
No idea what is going one with your login. I log in once, and leave it that way. I never log out, and only occasionally run into situations where the site has logged me out on its own.

So, if there have been many dozens of such complaints, why isn't forum management doing something to resolve the problem? I just went to the old forums.bioware.com site and verified that both of my copies of ME are registered (I own copies for both PC and Xbox), yet the system still refuses to allow me to post in the Mass Effect forum.
