i'm about to begin a 3rd playthrough and just read about the exiled prince acheivment fix. if i delete the dlc and re-install it like bioware has instructed will it corupt or affect my previous 2 characters for future dlc and or importing data to dragon age 3 in the future? or will the save files remain intact? has anyone who has completed games noticed any issues or load problems?

No it will not affect or corrupt your previous 2 play throughs. Secondly it is not retroactive and will not unlock the achievements even if your bioware profile says you have them. In your 3rd playthrough if you do the related quests you will unlock them as normal and they should add to your gamerscore.

I've completed the game several times and checked them after deleting and re-installing the DLC no corruption and no problems loading up. You will be fine.

Just so you know with xbox live dlc you don't have to delete to re-download,you can just download again and it should overwrite.Unless that's changed somehow.but as above its retro so you'll have to get the achievements on another playthrough/previous save.

It was spefically stated that the fix is to delete The Exiled Prince DLC and then download it again. If it is just overwritten it may not fix it. Better to be safe and follow instructions.
