In Act 2 in the Hanged Man at night  there is a female NPC standing around she has short blond hair and has a 2 handed sword on her back and looks like black mecernery outfit.  Even though she has no name above her head I get the feeling she's there for a reason but no matter what Origins import I have I can never interact with her.

Anyone have any idea if she's part of some quest or something?
