UGH. Grace.

You just can't win with her. You help her escape and somehow it's Hawke's fault she gets caught. I killed the templars hunting you, got a templar on your side so he could keep the trail muddy and somehow it's my fault you and your merry band of idiots don't manage to escape? What the hell did you want me to do hold your hand? :pinched:

Anyways did anyone else have this issue with her?

She gets all uppity that you send them off with only a moment's head start, and no FOOD? Yeah. I routinely carry enough food to feed a group of apostates JUST IN CASE.

Interestingly, she's less ungrateful if you send her back to the circle. Equally ****y though.

Sadly, you can't kill Grace. All of the options with her involve her getting sent back to the circle to stew and get progressively angrier. The only option is whether you kill the templars coming to get her and the other apostates.

I really, really wanted a kill Grace option.

Clearly, Terrie is the smart one. She escaped.

Er... I killed Grace.  Killed her dead. Had to wait til act 3, though.  I guess you mean kill her when you first meet her.

Grace is up there with Petrice for characters you can't do anything about. At least you have less face time with Grace. You basically meet her in act 1 and can maybe click on her in the gallows. Then comes her going all really bad cartoon villain on you. But at least in this cartoon the villain dies.

You can tell she's going to go bad because of the tattoo, totally. All the wicked bad mages have tattoos.

She's kneeling before the blood mage raising corpses when you find her and asks you to kill the one nice templar that wants to help mages, do you really think she could ever be good? I knew she would be trouble the moment I let her live, mind you that wasn't really my choice =/

I find it annoying that no matter how you approach her, she thinks you'll kill a Templar to get her out. Riiiight. Sure thing Ms Blood Mage. Enjoy your little 2x4 at the Circle.

I really really wanted the option to kill her. Bloody plot armour....

You expected better behavior from a blood mage?

I'm not sure which was worse, not being able to killer her or not being able to tell Thrask "The first thing she asked me to do after cussing me out for killing her blood mage boyfriend was to kill you."

I was really hoping the, "Here are your blood mages," thing would work.  Alas, I walked away unsatisfied.

I enjoyed killing her off a little too much in "Best Served Cold". I also wanted the liberty of killing Thrask in that quest. Damn that ***** got to it first. One more reason for me to hate her, I guess.

No. Even Anders gets angry at her.

She just blames Hawke for every single unfortune she gets. She thinks the world will be much better if Decimus is still alive. She just couldn't see that if Decimus was alive and stood up against templar in that cave, all the mages would be slaughtered in no time. Although she said that she didn't do blood magic, Aveline's comment forshadowed what Grace would do. Avelins says in Act of mercy, "She won't admit it but she is corrupted."

All my mages have had that exact same tattoo, in DA:O and DAII. And considering that I did sort of enable the start of the mage war... well, I suppose you could make an argument for wickedness :D

She just wanted some snacks before you sent her packing! Even a little sandwich may have turned her to the light...

I let her become an apostate far away by convincing the templars (with Varric- or maybe it was Isabella?) that there was nobody left in the cave.

She still comes back and is like "LOL U SAVED ME AND SET ME FREE BUT IMA KILL YOU ANYWAY n_n"

I don't get it.

Grace just blaims Hawke for her own poor choices. She's conviced the only reason she got caught is because Hawke told the Templars where they went.
