Right. Because she told Hawke where they went, just in case he wanted to hit her up sometime.

She still comes back and is like "LOL U SAVED ME AND SET ME FREE BUT IMA KILL YOU ANYWAY n_n"

I don't get it.

Grace just blaims Hawke for her own poor choices. She's conviced the only reason she got caught is because Hawke told the Templars where they went.

In one sense, she's right - I would have if I could have!  Better yet, that nifty knife toss to the back of the head like was possible with Br. Genitivi. Image IPB

Considering some of his companions, I can see what you mean.

Ugh, I hated her. I kill a group of templars for her, then she's too stupid to escape and blames me and convinces herself it was Hawke who told them to keep looking for the mages.

Does she have any idea how much trouble Hawke got from the templars for that little stunt?

And then she goes and kills Thrask! Thrask! One of only like 3 good, sensible, nice people in the whole game.
She also supplied one of the rare moments where I agreed with Fenris' comments:

A lot of people have said that, tbh she just reminds me of Leandra. Take out the tattoo and she's pretty much Leandra without gray hair.

QFSFMT! (Quoted for so freaking much truth.) All of it.

And she is SO Leandra. Struck me the first second I saw her. It weirded me out--like, "oh, hey, long lost cous--wait, blood mage..." She seriously is the spitting image of Leandra. Take out the tattoo and the brown hair and she's exactly Leandra. They could've at least given her funky hair to disguise it or something.

I hate that biatch so much. Poor Thrask... he was kinda cute, and so, so gentle and kind.

Death was way too good for that monstrous hag-hooker.

Just another example of DA2 pretending to give you choice, when in fact you have none.

Seriously they should have allowed me to kill the **** along with her blood mage boyfriend. I've played it from every angle, and she is always annoyed at you. Only difference is she gives you her staff if you help.

Yeah, seriously. It's weak, easily pierced illusions like that which bring an unwelcome dose of cynicism to my playthroughs.

The story actually makes more sense if you send her back to the Circle :P.
If you let her go it's just /facepalm.

I didn't even hate her that much before the kidnapping trick, I was happily settled on disdain.

But after she killed Thrask for blood magic fuel... She and Quentin really made a strong push to have me jump ship to the templar side of the conflict.

I wonder what would happen if you did the Rite of Tranquility on an abomination?

I'm so glad someone brought this up. I was shocked when I helped her run away and then I see her in the Gallows with Alain and she's still all "This is your fault, sending us off without food or anywhere to go..." blah, blah, blah... And she kidnapped my sister!!! and/or Merrill (I wasn't even in a relationship with Merrill, I thought she'd left to do her mirror quest, which was clever of the writers)

The part I dont get is, the other girl mage that was with them, Terrie I think, she escaped so why didnt she espace too?!
My only outcome was this.... You know when Hawke send the Templars the other way? I think she went the south when she should have went north.
Then I find her at the Gallows blaming me, really? Its not my fault you cant read a map you twit!

And about the Blood mage this what I said when she used it "Oh, another crazy mage, Super...."
AND even so I stood up for the mages cuz killing all those mages from something they didnt do, sorta of, and Fenris said "Here I am about to defend these mages in hopeless battle", I just thought "Well not all that bad, some and I do mean VERY little some, of them arent that bad"
*Orsino does Blood magic*
"Okay, Fenris? I take that back"

I feel so bad for poor Grace. I wish I could have given her a hug. Those awful templars drove her to madness, and she took it out on her hero and champion.

Just one more reason to not trust mages, up with the Templars! Down with the mages! Up with Lady Petrice! Down with Grace!

With all the people you can kill out of hand, it's rather annoying that the ones who're carrying giant signs saying 'kill me now' are always impossible to kill.

It really was.  After I sent the templars off in the wrong direction so they could escape, she was all like: You're my new bestest friend!  Here, have this incriminating staff.

Then I find her in the Gallows and she hates me.  Okay then.

I agree, but Anders got rid of the grand cleric in due time.

The heck does Petrice have to do with this, that moron zealot only had something against the Qunari for, mind you, no reason whatsoever, I mean she justed hated them for having a diferent religion and would toss the entire city into war, which she succed,  just because she didnt like what they believe in, too bad I didnt get to kill her myself.

*Petrice get shot in the chest*
"WTF?!"
*Gets shot in the head, Qunari walks away*
"Hey, I wanted to do that!"
