Failing that, a Chantry Seeker.

Listen, they've already proven that they value specializations over coherent in-game lore (all mage interactions and blood mage spec). Beyond that, demons can try whatever they want. Give the caster an un-summon ability... it seems reasonable enough that a person who is willing to rely on the aid of summoned creatrues isn't a novice at handling them. And you don't need corpses on the ground just to summon demons... resurrecting the dead to make skeleton warriors, yes, demons, no.HSHAW wrote...

- A necromancer and/or summoner class... why not?
Alienating any potential allies, demons summoned may try to posess you rather than fight your enemies, the need to carry around corpses to shove demons into them to animate them(Necromancy in DA) etc...
And another thing... if corpses didn't disappear or turn to piles of gold so quickly, then there would be more than enough dead bodies laying around. Hell, they made a Grave Robber spell right? Death Syphon uses fresh corpses... bah... you could have thought of these answers on your own... it's not that hard to work around unless you just don't like the idea.

And now for the ultimate question, how useful is a Necromancer at the start of a fight (in other words, when no one's dead yet).

I'd like another equipment slot for our character's back. I was thinking the other day that just for appearance (with no actual benefits) it would be cool to have a cloak to wear. They could be sold in a variety of plain colours and perhaps there could be heraldry to buy like for shields in Awakenings. The default for when the character has no cloak could be our backpack. Put a toggle like for helmets, for people that don't want it or don't like it.
Secondly, if the game is set in Orlais like many think, I'd like to see mounted characters. Perhaps not mounted combat, that could be too resource draining, but even the odd cutscene with Chevaliers riding into battle, or a mounted messenger riding up to deliver a message to the PC.

How about more than 1 cave/dungeon.
So true! My how our expectations have been lowered. For me I would like to see people and lands we only hear about in the codex. Particularly Orlais, Par Vollen, Antiva...etc. I would love to have a companion from the Anderfels.
I'd love to see grand structures like Grand Cathedral or the Weisshapt Fortress (possibly visit Loghain's grave?).
But most of all, I would like the characters I killed in previous games to stay dead.

read full opinions/statements of my character and if they are well
written there is no need of embarrasing solutions in the form of
illuminated signs just to know what the emotional message is. I do not
care about giving sound to my character I just want to have an influence
on what s/he is saying.
It would be nice if we were allowed to create our own character and not
just be provided with a ready-made one who is defined from the beginning
to the end and who knows better than we do what s/he wants. it would be
OK if they reintroduced many different beginnings (e.g. the beginning
where you do not have to have or love your family).
So that DA3 resembled more DA:O than DA2.

Abomination specialisation class. Which can only be used if your character has actually become possessed by a demon.
Return of Arcane Warrior, Ranger, Legionnaire, Shapechanger, Fade Warrior, Battlemage and Keeper specialisations if the Warden makes a return as the protagonist.
Character
Also there should be multiple voices for the main protagonist and an option to not have a voice.
Bring back the Warden as the protagonist since the character was your own ... unlike Hawke.
Ability to make new character if one wants with races such as Qunari, Tal-Vashoth, Dwarf, Elf, Human and Half-Elf.
Companions
For a new companion make a proper abomination not like Anders who b****** and complains about it every moment and instead make a character who is more complex.
Bring back all surviving companions and make them possible companions.
LI's
Make it a deep and complex love story, tease the people who are playing it. Make them wonder if there will be a happy ever after for the two.
Also having 95% of the LI's bisexual is a bit too much, I don't mind some of them being bisexual but only if it fits in with their personality.
Make more LI's not just four/five.
Story
Return origin stories. If Warden is main protagonist some possibilities are King/Queen of Ferelden, Teryn of Gwaren, Warden, Adventurer, 'Retired', With Morrigan, Orlesian Warden. I would give some for Hawke bbbbuuuttt there really isn't anything set in stone yet, he could die for all we know. I can only hope
I'll post more later I need my beauty sleep (anyone who makes a comment making fun of this will be subjected to Ser Pounce-A-Lot's fate check signature (I mean my beauty sleep bit))

Tevinter. ELEPHANTS.
A new protagonist. Win points if (s)he can be any of the four main races.
Did I mention Qunari?

► If you're supporting the mages: Gather allies from characters like Flemeth, Morrigan, Velanna, and the Antivan Crows by helping Zevran in a quest take over the organization. You can also sneak into other circles and conspire with the mages to overthrow their circle and join the rebellion. Scout out sympathizers around the area and get them to join--but be careful, some people aren't genuine supporters and can sabotoge you. Troops who lack morale can defect and decrease your numbers. Increasing morale comes from getting people to be trained better, getting better armor so they can have confidence they'll survive, and speaking to your troops from time to time. It works similar to the upgrade system of mass effect, but more intimately designed. If you haven't "upgraded" your army, it warrants certain consequences.
► Have it so that troops can be controlled to some extent as a collective that have their own collective abilities that can be used to fight an enemy.
If you aid the Chantry: Gather allies with similar allies like the Crows, and Flemeth (if in fact she has something to gain and something you may have to sacrifice for her help), and enlist aid from other Chantries that may or may not be having their own circle uprising you may have to deal with first. The opposite faction, the pro mage faction that you don't choose to join will have already caught word of the Kirkwall uprising, and are trying to free all of the other circles, which they become rather successful at doing as the story progresses, to the point they practically free them all like Varric says, which requires a final confrontation at the end of the game.
The more allies you have the more they can train your troops to have higher skill level back at your base.
► Have it so you can put Anders at the top of "throne" or leadership position amongst the mages should their side win, and should he be convinced. It seems likely that the mages would revere him because he started the resistance by blowing up the Chantry.
►Anders really needs to get amnesia or something so that a lot of the plotholes can get filled that weren't in the previous game, this way pleasing the fans who wanted to see the old Anders, and those that like the new Anders can see a transition of behavior as he gains his memories back based on what you do and don't say/ do for him. Some of the plotholes can be revealed as exaggerations on Varric's part. Suppose you find a gift which is a book written by Varric, chroniclizing their adventures, and characterizing him a certain way, he can look at it, and on occasion tell you what did and didn't happen the way Varric tells it in his recount to the lady questioning him throughout the game. I think it'd be best if Anders' amnesia, and Justice's posession should be handled like Saya Otonashi from blood plus. Justice becomes dominant when Anders is really upset and in a life threatening situation, even if he doesn't understand why that is.
►There also needs to be memories that come before he came to Kirkwall that explains plotholes like how he suddenly feels that the Circle was no longer necessary despite how he says it was in Awakening if you speak with Wynne, and why he does no longer see death as "weakness", something that prevented him from wanting to take action to help his fellow mages.
► Decisions in Origins and Awakening need to start MATTERING again. Suppose Anders didn't get allowed to join the Wardens, or was taken back to the circle during his mission. You should explain certain things like so:
► If Anders is taken back to the Circle when Alistair arrives, he could escape from them again, find another small Grey Wardens group that barely made it from Ostagar. Should Justice never get recruited he could meet Justice as he travels through the black marsh while trying to escape, before meeting the Warden escapees. The two become friends, and both encounter the Wardens, and through some means which could likely be explained by the writers, he overcomes his apathy and merges with Justice and flees to Kirkwall. If Justice did get recruited and Anders didn't, then Justice's and Anders' Grey Warden groups could have met up, or Justice could have met Anders on a patrol. IF Justice dies in the epilogue, he could simply approach Anders, and serve the Wardens in spiritual form either way, or manipulate another corpse. If Anders died in the Awakening epilogue...well, I think Nathaniel's appearence in DA2 covered that base adequately.
► If you turn him into the the chantry during his personal quest, he could escape from them, and a similar situation occurs to aforementioned scenario.
I want to make something clear though, just because I am explaining how Anders could've been a Warden in all possible stories, does not mean that people won't get the impression that their story choices didn't matter, especially if it does not go explained.
► If the Warden died and is brought back by Awakening, maybe he/she made a deal with some creature to keep themselves alive despite being killed to slay the Arch demon. Or maybe the Warden was never really killed due to a motive everyone else realized would be more important than killing the Archdemon.
What do you think?

IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE WAVES, LET THEM ENTER THE FRAY FROM DOORS, WINDOWS ETC!
THE DEVELOPMENT TIME NEEDS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS, PLEASE!
I WOULD LIKE RACE SELECTION IN A FUTURE INSTALLMENT!
GET RID OF THE DIALOUGE WHEEL, I DISLIKE IT IN MASS EFFECT, AND I SURE AS HECK DISLIKE IT IN THE DRAGON AGE FRANCHISE!
That's pretty much it.

keep the current way for which potions, runes, and poison/bombs are done I think that was great. Also loved the convo wheel but would like more conversations like what was available in DAO.
Would love to find out about Morigan and your god child if you chose to go that route there. After all you just can't keep us hanging on with that there.
Sandal has to be back in 3 no if an's or buts about it. After all he's my favorite enchanter. Wouldn't mind Seeing Verric back for another run through as well as for Bethany, and Charade hawkes cousin. Also need to have Crossbows. I love using a crossbow only thing is only one for which is available in all of DA2 is Bianca and you know who that belongs to.
Keep the current way the abilityattributes are as I liked them.

- Return of the combat moves and combat speed of DA2
- Wrap it up! We were thrown all these clues about Flemeth in Witch Hunt and yet she gets barely any screen time. We certainly saw where "change" came in, but I'm not going to buy it that the entire DA2 story was Flemeth's doing unless they have a really, really amazing explanation. It's okay if they don't want to reveal everything about Flemeth, but keep her active. Throw us a few new hints as to how she's plotting to do what Morrigan suggested. Or was Morrigan lying? Give us some hints! Golems of Amgarrak was also a cliff hanger. Finish what's been started.
- Send the elves back to Mr. Cameron so he can paint them blue. I know some people love the new style, but I prefer the old.
- Get rid of the dialog wheel or let us know what our protagonist is actually going to say word per word. I've seen it done. Silly little pictures aren't necessary. It's an M rated game which is supposed to only have adults playing it, and we're pretty smart people.
- Keep the hide helmet / circles option, and the no-time cool downs when out of combat of DA2.
- New creatures. It was sad that Awakenings had more new creatures than DAII. Hiding the faces of the antagonist humans in a lot of places was a good call. They fill generic roles easily, but complete recycle of everything except one monster? I understand it's still Thedas, but the dev's imagination is the limit.
- More maps for the love of the Maker. That was ridiculous in DAII.
- Companion interaction back to the Origins mode rather than clicking on a weed to make them talk or having to run all over the all too familiar map like DAII. Let us speak to them in and out of their designated "hang out" and actually interact.
- Give us a chance to play other races. We're human right now (I hope?) Playing an elf, dwarf, Qunari, or something else is often part of the fun.
- A new Protagonist. The Warden was great. Hawke was... Hawke. I don't mind that they don't return if we get a new story and get to watch it unfold with a new character.
- Allow companions to have Specializations again.
- Horses. I understand if they can't be programmed as mounts. A game is going to have limits, but it would be nice for the king/queen to at least ride places like they did in Mr. Gaider's novels.
- Put the dog in as a normal member of the party. Having him tag along was nice in 2, but he lost all his perks in DAII like dread howl, overwhelm, etc. which you could tell him to use by switching to him.
- A Toolset for the PC users to help carry on the legacy and keep the game fresh / popular for years to come.
