During the Object Rho battle and the final battle to get to the comms relay, enemies under the effects of dominate continue to attack you and are not attacked by other enemies.
Has anybody else encountered this?

I can think of an in-game reason as to why Dominate doesn't work, but that's sort of a cheap answer.
Would need someone else to verify whether they had the same experience though, or until I dig up a save and try it myself.

I have also noticed that...and I think it's worse than you describe. And no, it isn't strange, it's a BUG because sometimes it works as intended; however, it's most apparent during the fight across the tarmac: the target gets the biotic shielding, but continues to shoot at me! [spoiler alert] Any excuse-making along the lines of "well, they ARE indoctrinated" would be a cop-out. If that were true, Dominate shouldn't work on anyone there. Come on, Bioware! Your adoring fans and paying customers expect and deserve better!
