Shep- "Yeah...humans don't have those."
Wrex-"Well then, it probably hurt pretty bad then."
And Mordin's
" I have ruled out the possibility of an artificially intelligent virus, unless it's *very* intelligent... and toying with me...More tests."

Also, anything Sovereign said.
When Shep meets the looters in Omega-
Looters: "what, you gonna shoot us?"
Shep: "If I have to. Do I have to?"

Liara: " Mostly in the lower southern region"
Shepard: "I meant where on the Asari body?"
Liara: "So did I"

How can anyone actually like Harbinger more (especially dialogue wise) in comparison to Sovereign?
I think you are being a bit unfair here. You like Sovereign more because he was the first "thing". He was this unknown enemy with a scary, robotic voice. Dont get me wrong. I think Sovereign is awesome and i would join the Reapers just because of that voice. But i think Harbinger is more badass. Hands down. He treats the Collectors like nothing, going "assuming direct control" on them and then dont give a **** about them because he han take control of anyone at anytime. And when just abandoning that Collector General at the end of ME2 is..... cold and ruthless.
And that last dialogue with Shepard at the Arrival DLC is just so intense and badass. Sure, it's not as long as the dialogue between Sovereign and Shepard, but hell, that short dialogue is absolutely more scary and badass.
You know the Reapers are coming. And Harbinger getting the last word seems like Shepard is really afraid inside, but cant and will not show it. He knows the Reapers are nearly unstoppable. And Harbinger knows this.
"Even now, your greatest civilizations are doomed to fall. Your leaders will beg to serve us."
Not sure I agree with you here, whenever I play ME:1 Sovereign still has the same effect that it had the first time I heard it. Harbringer to me feels extremely hammy (not a word but you know what I mean). Sovereign got the last word in on Virmire also and while I'll admit that we kicked its avatars butt at the end Sovereign still feels like a more palpable threat to me. (Its all subjective of course).

Harbinger to me also seems more "cliché" than Sovereign. Sovereign wasn't ever angry or furious, he was never frustrated and never expressed any actual emotion. - Just cold pure logic and superiority, Sovereign acted like he was a God and everyone else were ripe for destruction and conquest.
Harbinger is more or less just "look at me, I'm evil."

Agreed.
Well there is the whole, who's still alive and who's not part. I'd say how can you like any of them, they're trying to annihilate us.
Sovereign name is cooler though.

Sorry but that quote is so funny to me, just because.
Sovereign was better than Harbinger when it comes to voice and badassery, hands down. I will play ME1 and one of the few dialogs that I will actually sit back and watch with a big smile is the conversation with Sovereign on Virmire. It still gives chills down my back even after playing 10+ times. Harbinger's screen presence isn't even in the same zip-code to Sovereign.

I reeeally liked that line. It was almost as if he was seducing Shepard.

Also, there is another renegade response to these two asari on the citaldel, you can give the forged IDs to in ME2. They complain about all the human influence and arrogance and renegade Shep says something like this:
"You want a problem shot, ask a turian. You want a problem talked to death, ask an asari. You want a NEW problem, ask a salarian. You want a problem fixed ... ask a human."
Haha, so dammed arrogant but not all wrong. Also delivery is pretty good.

Shepard: What'll you do if I don't?
ERCS Guard: You're the Spectre, right? Lorik Qui'in is under investigation.
Shepard: Anoleis is paying you to shake this place down. That makes you a criminal. I can kill criminals.
ERCS Guard: You're bluffing.
Wrex: You're right. They're actually going to let me eat you.

It's like they tried too hard with harbinger. I guess it's understandable, as Sovereign set such a high damned bar it was going to be hard to equal or beat.

Everything Lorik said was gold. I was really sad when he didn't show up in ME2. He was one of the few aliens who gave us an outward looking in view of humanity.
just out of curiosity but if you import a space born me1 charachter in me2 can you do annother chat with shepards mom?
