I think Harbinger was sort of handicapped in the badass stakes by the desire to make it uncertain whether he was a Reaper or just the Collector General. That meant he didn't get Sovereign's awesome Voice, and he was stuck sounding more organic and emotional than Sovereign. That said, he had some good lines.

For sheer awesome, "You exist because we allow it, and you will end, because we demand it." The line itself is good. In that voice? Yeah.

For fun, Mordin's song.

It's impossible to pick just 1. In general I think that anything that all of gabby and Ken's conversations are right up there with the best that ME2 has to offer.

I don't think it would have effected Harbinger at all. Remember we've killed dozens of his avatars druing the game and it never affected him. The way he was speaking to the general clearly showed that what he was doing was done out of malice and not to protect himself. "You have failed... we will find another way."

Well actually his avatars were being controlled through the Collector General, so if anyone had to take the pain of losing an avatar, it would be the General, not Harby.
