And when you arrive at Tuchanka and Wrex says to be Careful, because Tuchanka is not a safe place like Ilos or Virmire(or something like that)

While I do think that Sovereign is the superior Reaper, I think Arrival gave Harbinger a great role as a villain, and one of my favorite lines ever:

You're galaxy is within sight. Your final days are at hand

I reeeally liked that line. It was almost as if he was seducing Shepard.

I ruined that line for myself because I couldn't stop thinking "its a friggin galaxy...how could it ever have not been in sight. It was blatantly in sight in the ending scene of ME2."

It was more about how he said it. It sounded like he was mocking the player.
