I don't really care as I've got ME2 already, but again, how would this be rewarding BioWare's most loyal fans? Wouldn't the most loyal fans be those who bought DA2 at launch or preordered it months ahead of time to get the Signature Edition?

Because it's not for us loyal fans. It's to sell a bad game by repackaging it with a decent one. If they wanted to do something for us free Dragon Age II DLC to make up for the overwhelmingly disappointing ending would have been a good start.

Oh well, just going to gift this if possible.

I think there are two reasons they did this.
1) they want to boost DA2 sales when the game is still relatively new (and when it is still selling for full price)
2) they want to expand ME playerbase for DLCs and ME3.

The link is probably not posted yet.  If it is real, the idea that it would only be for Czech buyers seems unlikely - it is more likely that Czech EA just jumped the gun.  Better to wait and see what they say when the offer is released officially in your part of the world.

If this is real, and I don't get a copy of ME2 because I preordered I will rage and stuff.

It would be nice if someone from Bioware just said if this was a hoax or not though.

I wouldn't be surprised if its real, as most of the leaks seem to come from Europe first.

In any event, I'd imagine if its to be announced, it'll be announced tomorrow (Tuesday) as thats the day these sort of things are announced.

I see no problem with this.

Its the same as Steam doing a sale of Total War: Shogun 2(which they are, at least in the UK), which knocks £10 off the £30 price tag(Its been out over a week, and its still on and it was on well before the game came out). The game is great and selling well, its just a promotion to get more people to buy it to increase sales.

Same for DA2.
