A future DA game should be set in Orlais - it's time to discover the scheme behind the province and see how much different it really is to Ferleden. It should also confirm if the boots are that different! Antiva because of Zevran's stories and Anderfelts for the Grey Warden fortress!

Argh! Your question #8 is driving me nuts! I hate the new qunari because completely redesigning a race in the middle of a story is one of the worst and stupidest things someone can do. Yes, their new design looks better but it has "F*** continuity and lore!" written all over it.
I agree, plus I thought the subtle look of the DA:O qunari was more appealing and less generic than giving them a big set of horns like a minotaur or like the damn draenei from WoW. The entire look of DA 2 is more generic to me than DA:O ever was for a fantasy genre.

56% Prefer the present story of Origins, 5% prefer having a story set in stone like DA2
43% prefer a voiced main character, 29% like both voiced and silent.
63% Missed not being able to choose a species, 34% are fine having the choice or not having the choice.
72% like the free choiced world of Origins and would like to see that for the next game.

The Dragon Age group is split! No choice or the other is touching the roof (80-100%). Bioware will have a hard time making a sequel with this in mind...

Well as promised, here's some of the stats after 22 votes.
Which best describes your reaction to Dragon Age 2?
Rather split down the middle with the majority of votes believing this game was a waste of money, at 29%. The rest seem to hover mid range with people believing it was good-okay, though needed improvement. (39% between the 4 mid-range choices)
72% of voters believe that with well done DLC's released, those are the only way they may change their view on the game as a whole.
None of the voters believed the fixed storyline of DA2 was better than Origins, but it was rather evenly split between those who believed Origins was superior, and those who believed both games had their strong points.
On whether or not your character is voiced they answer numbers only differ by a few votes between silent, voiced, or either.
67% of voters preferred being able to choose a species.
81% want a free-choiced game for DA3 like Origins was.
57% prefer the way the elves were (or an aspect of how they were) in Origins as compared to DA2
57% prefer the changes made to the Qunari
And the top 3 places players would like to be for the next game are:
Orlais 24%
Tevinter 21%
Back to Ferelden 11%
I thought question #2 was a little biased in the way it was shaped...
I also thought that your interpretation of Question 3 was a little off, I felt that DA2 had greater ability to shape/change the history of Thedas than Origins did...

It's actually not split quite in black and white as in 50% prefer origins and 50% prefer DA:2. It's more like most people prefer Origins with a lot of things, but the second most popular is a no preference, or a mix of both origins/DA:2. It seems almost no one prefers Dragon Age 2 over Origins, except with the Quinari.

Ah, the numbers add up though. More people hate the elves as they are than those that like them. But the OP divided the hate into two groups those that just hate the voices & those that hate the looks & such. The majority still hate the freaky elvesA Scientist being crucified wrote...
Oh, maker...Is it true that there are more people who are happy with the "significant" change done to the elves?...

FYI I actually like the dalish elf voice change A LOT better because it makes them clearly different than human and Merrill's voice is freaking awesome. I love her accent and that of the other elves. The look I didn't mind either, but it could be cleaned up a bit.

"Do you like the changes made to the elves? In both their appearence and voice." I like the fact they changed them, but I think they took it a lil to far. Ears are to big and their bodies are too skinny. Girls with curves are the way to go.
I love their accents though.
I can understand the direction they were trying to go, in making them stand out more from the humans. Some of the Elves were virtually indistinguishable from humans in DA:O, especially if their ears were hidden by hair or helmets. But I also agree that they went too far with it.
They are way too frail looking now, and their faces look odd, rather than attractive. That breaks with the lore established in the first game, where Elves are described as generally being physically attractive by human standards. I think with DA3 they should try to find a happy medium between their portrayals in DA:O and DA2.

I hope this is stickyd or that bioware puts out an official survey. some good questions that i hope bioware looks at.
I second the official BW survey part. I really want them to make a comprehensive survey so people can give detailed feedback(well as detailed as multiple choice gets anyway) about the game.
