For me, it was doing "The Firs Sacrifice" quest, and running into the elven prostitute at the Blooming Rose, who, if isn't voiced by Mark Meer aka Commander Shepard, I'll give up junk food for a week.

First a transvestite witch, now an elven prostitute?  That poor man just can't catch a break...

Meer has good range, people don't give him enough credit. He's everywhere in the Mass Effect franchise. He's all the Vorcha, he does a few Volus, including biotic god. In ME1 he voiced quite a few, if not all Hanar. He voiced a few other elves in DA2, he voiced a few people in DAO including some werewolves and he voiced all the Disciples in Awakening. Guy's talented, not sure why everyone says he's bad. His Shepard isn't perfect but he's talented.

I'm pretty sure that Deborah Moore (voice of Leandra/Mother) voices the Madam at the Blooming Rose. I believe Nick Boulton (voice of Male Hawke) voices one of the prostitute options there as well.

So, in a way... Mother runs the ****house while Hawke can potentially bang himself.

According the the Dragon Age wiki Jenthann aka the elven prostitute is indeed voice by Mark Meer. Though not sure how accurate the wiki is since anyone can edit it.
