So on my first playthrough, Isabela left for good after Act 2. I hadn't really been paying too much attention to whether or not I had completed her Act 2 'Questioning Beliefs' quest - but vowed to ensure she didn't leave in my 2nd playthrough.
So here I am in Act 2, I've finished most of the side-quests etc. and just finished 'All That Remains' Still no 'Questioning Beliefs' for Isabela.
I've been looking aroud and it seems a few people think this quest is bugged and doesn't show up sometimes - but I thought I'd ask if anybody knew the exact criteria for it to show up?

It requires 50% rivalry or friendship. If you have that much, and it still doesn't show up (it does this occasionally), just go to the hanged man and try talking to her. It should activate if you have sufficient approval. For other questions regarding Isabela, I suggest the Isabela FAQ. The link is in my sig.

Friend/Rivalry has to be at or above 50% IIRC. My warrior got her friend level that high during To Catch a Thief, thus loosing her. *shrug*
