I'm i new user, i created my account but when i log in from dragoon age my profile cannot be found, i have received 2 redeem codes "Fury of Shale" and "Blood Dragon Armor" when i bought dragon age origins and awakening, i have used my redeem code for Fury of Sahle but it was never downloaded and now i cant use the code any more, plz help me with this problem, i have struggeld many times now to get my dragon age profile going and to get my two redeem codes to work, i haven't used my Blood dragon armor code yet, afraid that i'll lose that one too.
