King Alistair looked well, I believe I killed Zevran in DA:O so I didn't have the 'privelege' to see him and yes Leliana looked better, but she also looked younger in my opinion.

Grey Warden Alistair was sheer awesome and, probably because of the lighting, looked a lot more like he did in Origins than King Alistair did (Warden Alistair's hair actually looked brown instead of orange, like King Alistair's did). Zevran's face made me sad, but his voice acting made up for it. Leliana looked and sounded great.

All the Origins characters look older sept Flemeth (lol). Zevran doesn't seem as youthful as he was in DA:O, and he's been elfified but honestly, it doesn't look that bad compared to how horrible the common elf looked in the rest of the game. Important elves seemed to escape looking like the Navi from Avatar.

I like the new elf model in DA2 so I didn't mind Zevran's changes that much. I especially like Zevran's profile, but I agree something seems a bit off in the face, particularly with the eyes -- too wide, maybe? (Someone posted a picture of Sloth from the Goonies and I tried hard not to laugh.) Drunk Alistair looked great, but I was surprised to see the same model being used for the warden and king versions, too. I think the model that surprises me the most is how much of a babe Cullen turned out to be. Holy smokes.

I was amazed by Cullen. Kudos to whoever did the work on him.

Fenris and Merrill are both gorgeous, and I like the changes to the Keeper.

I thought Zevran actually looked better, but maybe that's because I'm such a big fan of the elf redesign. Alistair, on the other hand - geez. He looked like some bloated middle-aged ex frat boy. Some characters did *not* transition to the new art style well at all.

I thought Zevran and Alistair's models looked sloppy imo. But I have only seen the King Alistair.
I dont know they just didnt look as defined than in DAO, considering the improved graphics in DA2

He really is. Alistair also seems to be **** ugly. There are some attractive looking new characters and Isabella looks amazing so I really don't get it.

Well, okay, with the elves I understand that they wanted to make them all look like they have the elven equivalent of Down's or something. /sarcasm

I'm happy that they remodeled Zevran to the new elf look, and I thought all of the "main" elf characters looked fine, but the generic elves definitely... were not. I'm happy that elves look like another species and not like Abercrombe and Fitch kiddie porn models.

Leliana is much better.

Alistair is about the same, little worse.

Zevran is OMGWHATDIDTHEYDOTOYOU. But at least he matches the new Elf look, of which I am a big supporter of. No more short pointy eared Humans!

The biggest issue I have with Alistair in DA2 (as king) is an obvous use of eyeliner. He also looks too tired, and is overall boring.
Zevran just lost all his uniqueness, he's just another elf now.
However, Flemeth is awesome.

Eyebrows would make him look alright. Bring the eyes a little closer together and give him a bit more tan and he would look pretty good.

Even if elves don't tend to have eyebrows naturally in DA2, he could draw them on like Merrill and Fenris do.

The voice and acting was great though. When he started talking, I didnt mind the odd face much. Good old Zevran: 200x more cheerful than anyone Hawke hangs out with.
