There are always threads for most hot/attractive NPCs of Dragon Age games. So who do you think need a surgery asap? Who do you wish you never set eyes on?

Here is my most hideous NPC list for DA 2.

1- Thrask's daughter... I am happy she turns into an abomination fast, her normal face far more scarier.
2- Poison Vendor guy in Darktown... like most of the elves he looks weird
3- All workers for hire in Blooming Rose (Jethann, Viveka and Iduna excluded. While I dont find Jethann and Viveka attractive they cover it with their behavior/voice acting)
4- Mother Petrice... that woman is result of an unholy affair between a rodent and a serpent
5- Feynriel.. gah! I want to kick him in the face. Say no to Human/Elf crossbreeding.
6- Several nameless zombie-like guys around Kirkwall... I think they are earlier experiments of Quentin
7- Anders... That guy is ugly and his clothes look dirty. I can't help but think "Ouch! That guy must be stink" everytime I see him.
8- Many women in Kirkwall with ugly bowl head cut... Viveka, the templar who gives you a note from Emeric comes to mind. Someone with a little bit talent should open a hair saloon in there... at least someone who ain't using a hedge shear
9- Orana... Not really that bad but Merrill is right, she looks ghastly
10- Leandra Construct... Well I love you mom and all but could you die please. You look horrible. Also that scene where she raise her head suddenly and continue talking while Hawke is mourning is creepy.

Those are who comes to my mind at the moment.

I actually think Petrice would be quite good looking if she didn't always have the scowl from hades in her face all the time. I agree about the bowl haircuts and yes Thrasks daughter had the bug eyes.

Ah Decimus,  I couldn't remember that guy's name. He reminds me Mad Hermit from DA:O tho'.  Maybe he also like to hide his precious things in slippery dark holes.

Denarius is scary. And Zevran freaked me out the first time I saw him.

Though I actually thing DA2 has no truly ugly models...

Isabela, I know this one's going to be a controversial choice but I absolutely hate that awful piercing and besides I prefer breasts to be a bit more realistically sized

Donnic. he has a face only a broodmother could love. even Aveline admits he's not attractive

Some of the NPCs are not my cup of tea, but the only ones that physically repulsed me were the DA:O cameos. Because I know what Zevran, Alistair and Teagan are supposed to look like, and those trolls are not them. ::shudder::

Orana and Quentin are probably the only new characters I would call ugly. That opinion of Quentin may have been aided by the creepy camera angles and him just being a horrible excuse for a human being.

I also think DA2!Anders has a rat face. I wouldn't call him on par with the ugliness of Orana or Teagan, I just personally found him unattractive. It's weird, because I thought he looked really handsome in that first promo screenshot. I guess angles are everything.

@rayvioletta: I found it hard to even register that Isabela had a face. Every time she's in frame my eyes immediately go to the gigantic, weird, unnaturally rounded breasts of hers. They creep me out.

Emile de Launcet, he is just a sad, sad little man. Thrasks daughter Im glad she became an Abomination so I could kill her. Huon was just ...no words can describe that. And I was highly disappointed in the DAO cameos except for Liliana and I havent seen Nathaniel yet.

Oh yes, Emile de Launcet. I forgot about him. It was mostly the haircut, though. With different hair he probably wouldn't have looked half as repulsive. Like Tarohne and her weird white lipstick.

Orana is the only really hideous one. Some others aren't attractive, but that's how it is. Emile is ugly in a funny way. Petrice looks alright i think. It's just that she makes angry faces all the time.

That low-poly, low-res bald male elf whose eyes look like they're popping out of his face. You can see him on the Docks, in the Undercity and probably elsewhere. Scary.

When Anders said Karl was his first I went "WTF NO!"
All I could imagine was some gross pedo Karl creeping on young Anders when he was in the circle and taking advantage of the fact he was innocent and lonely.

Huon was hideous. Plus I'm convinced that Bioware have some kind of visual shorthand going on where a big nose and/or baldness = evil.  Emile de Launcet was like a subversion of that idea by pretending to be a blood mage in the hope of impressing the ladeez.

I don't think Petrice is unattractive except in terms of her personality. But isn't there this one scene, possibly the second time we meet Petrice where she's talking to another Chantry sister and the latter's makeup is even more bizarre than Orana and the brothel madam combined?

On the other hand I think Donnic's fairly attractive save for the bugger-grips on his face, and Feynriel's pretty.
