Well, since the other topic I made had absolutely no help on it.
Does anyone know whats up with the whole Staff and Legend items not being available in game even though it says I have them unlocked on here?
Its really pissing me off man.
Xbox 360 version by the way.

Stupid question: did you access the chest in Gamlen's House in Lowtown (NOT Storage, it's in the room through the door on the right when you enter)?

Yeah. Ive done it on multiple playthroughs after unlinking and relinking the account too. Nothing seems to work.

is the email address you use to log into your xbox live account the same as the one you use to log into the bioware site?

I had issues getting items and updated character profile stuff until i checked and made sure that the email address i use to log in was the same for Xbox Live and Bioware/EA. And i mean the one you actually enter to log in to xbox live, not the email you have set up to receive emails from them, that is different (or can be).

To be sure, go to these sites and check what you use to log in, they should all be the same email address.

Anway, once i got them all using the same email address, everything showed up and worked fine.

I have this problem as well, I have unlocked nearly all the extra stuff available, but I only have access to about 4 items in game. What is most annoying is that I pre-ordered the signautire edition, and cant use any of the bonus items =(
