That's not how it's calculated nor what I meant by additive. By additive I mean that separated sources of +%healing are added not multiplied, not that each +1% healing heals an additional 1% of total health pool; that would be completely imbalanced.
consider this theoretical situation:
Anders has two +200% healing rings.
When he wears one ring his healing output is 300% of normal meaning that Aid Allies will heal for (3 x 0.3) 90% of total health.
When he wears two his healing output is 500% (1+2+2) not 900% (1+2 x 1+2).
Two +8% healing rings will increase Anders' healing output by 16% (1+0.08+0.08) not by 16.64% (1+0.08 x 1+0.08), meaning that Aid Allies will heal for 34.8% not 34.992%.
The difference between 16% and 16.64% is subtle but conclusive if you test it with a very big health pool.
