Hi,
After downloading 'Arrival', I was able to play on the DLC launch day, have since tried to play the game on several occassions within the past two days, and I am recieving notifications on my screen when trying to resume or start a new campaign, that the 'Lair of the shadowbroker, Overlord and Arrival' are corrupt or missing.

I have cleared the system cache on numerous attempts and re - downloaded all of my DLC that is avaialble, yet again, apart from the equaliser pack. Again cleared the system cache, restarted the console and tried again. It wont connect to the cerberus network and the game is unplayable.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, I am having the problem as well. It happened right after I downloaded 'Arrival'.

Yes. Identical problem. Went on a live chat with EA support. The answer? Delete the game saves on the HD and start playing the game again from the beginning. Here's the tricky part. I actually played through Arrival. Saved after re-starting the mission. Then I got the missing dlc errors and finally the unable to connect nonsense. Arrival seems to have been a Trojan .

Something about what you are saying seems fishy.... I am pretty sure they would not think to suggest to delete all your game saves... I could be wrong. ಠ_ಠ

My Aegis pack and firepower pack does not work and it says downloadable content is corrupt and cannot be used and please re-dowload the dlc but I have done it many times i also used clear system cache, but my other mass effect 2 dlc works fine . In other day i made other profile and Aegis pack and Firepower pack works on that but not on my original profile.

Fishy? Well the guy's nom de guerre was "Philbert". He was of the opinion that my career save files were corrupt and useless because I had not kept them updated. That's when I was fairly certain he'd never played anything on an Xbox - update now or get kicked off Live - 360. I have the transcript where he says starting new is the best/only option & kept that opinion after I said "And lose months of work?" He responded "Sadly, yes." Think what you will, just think twice before appealing to "Philbert" for assistance.

If you downlaoded most of your old DLC on a previous XBox, then the permanent solution to most issues is to follow the License Transfer process and then que all your DLC for re-download.

EA support really should add this tidbit to their customer support script. Telling someone to delete their save files is criminal.

I get the missing dlc message as well, and now my last 5-6 saves won't load. This needs to be sorted.

Only since 'Arrival'?? I've had that *#$& message about DLC ever since Zaeed and the Terminus Armor. The problem is that I have NO gaming internet in my area, and I can only get online by visiting internet cafe's in the city 40 miles away. The "problem" is obvious, but does ANYONE have a solution to playing the DLC offline on 360???

Yeah something szeems pretty screwy at the moment. It keeps telling me that I am missing things, that they are corrupt and I need to re-load them.....annoying!!!

Tried EA support again & got thru to a "tier two" advisor. Am now playing offline until "Bioware's dlc servers are at maximum efficiency". Got a $20 discount code but still get the "missing" message. If this keeps me from importing to ME3 I will implode.

tell me about it, since I downloaded the arrival I have not being able to play this game, all my dlcs are from the same console (the one I'm playing on) I deleted my actual mass effect 2 save folder, started from scratch again (cleared my cache) and I can start a new game no problem, the moment I save and exit out of the game, I can never load that save game ever again... which sucks because now I can't even load a save game for ms 3...... all I want is do one playthrough, get the arrival achievements and leave this game behind forever.

Same here! All of my content is missing from my profile, (which I used to get Arrival) but all the stuff my brother got is still on his profile!!!

nocbl2, I pulled up your account and your registered game promotions and don't see the Cerberus Network on it. The Cerberus Network code is only able to be applied to one account. Do you have an alternate email address that you perhaps transferred your Gamertag from?

Please PM me with any EA accounts that belong to you so I can investigate this further.
