I contacted EA support and they gave me ALL the DLC I bought for 360 on PC, except Alt. Appearence Pack 2. They said the Alt. Appearence Pack 2 was unavalible. For the "inconvienence" they gave me Pinnacle Station AND $40 of EA Store credit. 

Nice. So all I have to do is call up EA and they'll activate the DLC I bought for the 360 version for the PC version too? Sounds great. I'll be all ready to go with ME2 PC whenever I get a PC that can run it.

Odd. On http://social.bioware.com/me2offer.php does it show this for you:

Cerberus Network:
Activated


If not then you might need to contact EA's chat support because you are supposed to have it activated.

Then on your entitlement page you will have with download links:

Pinnacle Station was Mass Effect 1 DLC not ME2. And I would consider that a slap in the face because that DLC sucked. And it cost more than Bringing Down the Sky DLC which was better.

Wow. I usually don't play games on PC, and in case of ME2 I was going to buy PS3 version at some point, but since I got it for free...
Why so generous Bioware? Anyway, good to know DA2 sold well, I want more Dragon Age. Including books.

I just spoke with them and it appears that Firepower may not be included in this. I lost the link though to show the guy. The firepower pack may only be included if you purchase DA2 w/ free ME2 via the EA store

You mean, "new" purchase via EA, since i bought my DA2 from EA (digitally)

Right. I finally managed to get Mass Effect 2. This is what I did:

This is for STEAM users:

1. Go here: http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php
2. Enter the 'entitlement key'
3. Go here: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
4. The Black Emporium should now be available. Click on 'more info'
5. A popup will appear. Now download the content.
6. Install it.
7. Fire up DA2 and confirm that it is accessible in 'downloadable content'
8. Now go here: http://social.bioware.com/me2offer.php
9. Enter the same 'entitlement key' as in number 2.
10. Now go here: http://www.ea.com/1/download-manager
11. Download and install EA Download Manager (EADM)
12. Login into EADM
13. Enter the key you received in number 9.
14. Voila.

Thanks for the offer, proud owner of ME2 already. I would even pre-order ME3 in for a Beta test key for SWTOR. I imagine if you offered SWTOR beta keys ME3 would fly off the shelves.

True BDTS was better, but thats not the point. Remember: Technically you have to repurchase DLC to play it on another console. So from this FREE offer for ME2 (which is $20 now), I got almost all the ME2 DLC (which is $40), $40 EA Store Credit, AND Pinnacle Station (which costs more than AAP2's 160 points). So I managed to get $105 worth of content for FREE, this hardly feels like a "slap in the face".

They are telling me that cannot give you the DLC even if you have it on Xbox

wow progress!! I have all that as well sheppard7, even a mass 2 under my name. However, I entered the code successfully, but did not see anywhere to actually download the game, as I am a Mac user, (proud mac user I might add).....did not think it wise to download all the extra content without the mass game download, kinda like downloading "Return to Ostagar " without having DAO downloaded, but lil red box with the number 2 under my name was free, so TY!! BIOWARE!!

I told them I didn't know this at the time of purchase, and that it never said that it would only be redeemable on the Xbox. They then forwarded me to a "higher up" who gladly gave me everything.
