don't know if this was asked and I'm to lazy to look though 18 pages, but does this work with the full game download on the playstation network? or is. it only pc

Only PC version. The PS3 version comes with all the DLC except Arrival and maybe an appearance pack included. Bioware isn't doing that for free.

So...anyone help me out with this...I have a crappy PC...I downloaded ME2 anyway, but I can only play games that are from 2004 and earlier, but when I'm able to buy a new PC, will I be able to transfer ME2 and my other games onto the new one easily, or will it be a problem? Or should I just upgrade my PC and not worry about buying a new one?

When you get the new PC, install the EADM and it should reinstall the game when you log into the EADM.

So you got it? lol, gratz!!!

The Firepower Pack? Yep.
My items for PC version:

Firepower Pack                              Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Recon Hood (Dr. Pepper)                 Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Umbra Visor (Dr. Pepper)                 Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Sentry Interface (Dr. Pepper)                 Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Blood Dragon Armor                     Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)     Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)         Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)             Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Cerberus Arc Projector (Cerberus Network)         Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac
Firewalker Pack (Cerberus Network)            Mass Effect 2     PC/Mac

But I am trying to get Bioware to pony up for everyone to get the Firepower too. Now that I have it, my telling Bioware to put it out there for everyone doesn't seem so much just my "complaining" since I won't gain a thing. lol

That would be so awesome!

I already own ME2 but went for the offer in the hopes that I'd be able to play it without a disc. However, when I try to launch it from EA Download Manager, I get the message "Failed to authenticate the disc. Please insert the correct disc and try again". How do I play it without the disc?

You might have to uninstall it then do the EADM to download and install the non-disk version. /shrug

Thank you.   I will try that.

It's only fair. Loyalty program should give loyal people the same deal as new people. New people get the Firepower Pack so why not the ones already with DA2? :D

Screw this crap. I paid £30 for ME2 on pc and £30 for DA2 on pc. I want a damn refund, or at least a copy of ME2 on PS3. This is just an insult and disgusts me. I think I'll be getting a pirate copy of ME3 now, because I'm disgusted with this. Or maybe I'll wait another year so I can get ME3 for free. At least I won't have to pay you people.

Oh the horror! Listen up, because you bought ME2  you get the cerebus pack included.I may have gotten my copy for free but i still have to pay for the C-pack.Now that i have ME2 ill be getting the first one and more than likely pre-ordering ME3 also.

@Sheppard7
I guess it's just the whole not being able to understand tone of voice from text lol. But then neither of ME1's DLC's are as good as ME2's Mission DLCs.

As for everyone who is getting the whole "I'm unable to do that" bs from EA CS, it's not true. Their Customer Support can practically give you anything.

I managed to get ALL the pre order DLC's AND the Bioware Sig Edition content for DA2 by simply asking them. It all comes down to how you say it, and how persistent you are at requesting it.

If you get denied anything, ask to be connected with someone who can. It can come down to luck on who you talk to. Some people are just more willing to help you than others.

Um... you shouldn't have had to pay for Cerebus. They put that part of the deal too. It was added late but it's part of it since CN is advertised as being included in every new copy of ME2. Didn't say you had to pay for the new copy in the CN informational release.

Do you get the code to get MA2 if you bought DA2 through steam? I can't seem to get this to work. Would love any help, thanks.

Well, Draconis can't be upset since he just threw them a 15 dollar bone for nothing after his post though.

The code you need is actually the code used for the Emporium and Hound. Someone said that code is somehow in the Steam client but since I don't use it, I have no idea how you find it in there. But yes, you can download it for free buying DA2 off Steam. Someone also posted how to add the game to Steam but it's a couple of pages back I think so good luck with that too.

since i was like 18 ive blindly preoredered every bioware title (that stops with dragon age 2). This is a really good move in regards to press coverage but myself, and im assuming most of the people on this forum already have me2. this is of no benefit to us, id appreciate a week or two of testing tor.
thanks

This doesn't really reward those of us who loyally pre-ordered ME2 way back when. Not that I'm upset but it would be nice to get something too!

This did it for me:

1. Go here: http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php
2. Enter the 'entitlement key' you get from Steam
3. Go here: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
4. The Black Emporium should now be available. Click on 'more info'
5. A popup will appear. Now download the content.
6. Install it.
7. Fire up DA2 and confirm that it is accessible in 'downloadable content'
8. Now go here: http://social.bioware.com/me2offer.php
9. Enter the same 'entitlement key' as in number 2.
10. Now go here: http://www.ea.com/1/download-manager
11. Download and install EA Download Manager (EADM)
12. Login into EADM
13. Enter the key you received in number 9.
14. Voila

Yeah I agree its not much of a celebration to give us a game ONLY for the PC to download as many people will either not have the hard drive space (like myself) or the bandwith as 11.9gb is not a small amount to download at all.

I luckily got the 360 version for free as I won a competition in the UK with IGN to go to the black beta even hosted by IGN and EA :-) I am wondering if they will do that again for ME3.
