Now I can play ME2 on my computer while its playing on my Xbox. Shepard can be advertising in the Citadel on one screen, and blowing up Collectors on the other. You can't explain that.

Confirmed.
You can gift the Mass Effect 2 download code to a friend.

I just tested this out with a friend of mine and she downloaded without a problem.B)

I also all ready own ME 2, it would be nice if we can get the ME 2 DLC or something else from Bioware with this code if we all ready own the game.

I for one wouldn't mind if we could just get the Arrival DLC or upcoming DA 2 DLC with this code.

If it never happens, no loss, it's a great gesture either way.

Thank you :)  I was going to get a pc copy when I could afford it, but this saves me trekking upstairs to the Console Room of Doom (i.e. my son's bedroom) a lot sooner. :D

Can we download a different than English version of ME2 if it is available at the EA Store? Say, a Polish one?

This is definitely a great gesture on BioWare's part. Already have ME2 on PS3 but I'm downloading it anyway so I can see the impacts of my ME 1 choices outside of the plot critical ones from the Genesis comic.

Just curious though. I didn't notice it on the FAQ, do we need to get the Cerberus Network seperately if we use this code?

It gave me the option to choose the language when I started the download, so I'd assume so.  I didn't check which of the other language options were available though, just zoomed onto the English one, sorry.

It can be downloaded in different languages yes. I don't know if their is one for Polish as I jumped for English right away.

You know, for those of us who have ME2 already, it would be nice if we could get a code for Arrival.

ME2 is Unreal Engine 3 so it shouldn't need a very high-spec computer to run it on low-med settings. What kind of rig do you have?

I have on old P4 dell. with no upgrades. I just upgrades the old 40gig hard drive to a 500 gig. but nothing else has been upgraded since I got it almost 7 years ago.

Yes. The PS3 version comes with a lot of DLC. The 'Sequel Celebration' PC version is completely vanilla, it doesn't have the Cerberus network.

Thank you.

Nice offer. But if you guys want to play ME2 with DLC, you will have to buy the Cerberus Network code for 15$. The current price on Steam is 19.99$ and ME2 is on sale now and then (I think I saw 10$ last time), which comes with Cerberus included.

But still a nice gift if you want to play right now without DLCs.

I'd be nice if we could get a free game of our choice rather than a game many of us already have.
