Make sure your Black Emporium is available on your user entitlements page. If it's not there, register it to your account. Then try again.

If you haven't done so already, then I would recommend downloading and installing the EA Download manager, and entering your ME2 code there.
After that, it doesn't matter anymore when you download the game itself, it will also be available for you to download after the 30th.

Yes, you can You get the code for ME2 PC version and you need to redeem it on EA Download Manager manually so the code can be used by anyone who has it.

oliveer95 did you read any of the posts on this thread aside from the first post? if so you'd have had your answer, especially seeing as I gave the answer to someone else just on page 30(so it's not like you'd have had to read all 31 pages to get the answer).

you can give your friend the me2 code, however the Cerberus network dlcs are linked to your account. you could try asking ea cs nicely if they'd transfer them to your friends account, but the cs guy I spoke to(was regarding a different matter but asked about this while I 'had him') said you can't get the dlcs transferred.

Edit: Nevermind.  Apparently step 5A "Right click on gear thingy in upper right" didn't make the directions for some reason.

So, I redeemed, download, installed & even started playing the game.
But, no Cerberus Network DLC, and I have no idea how it's possible to get it.
The DLC was promised with the gift-code, so how to heck to get it? I see no code to redeem. Whenever I try to do it in the Cerberus Network code-redeem field, it says that it's a wrong key, and I don't have any other key.

Please, englighten me - I want the pack.

after you'd redeemed your be code and received the me2 code did you read the rest of the page? There's a link there for downloading the cerberus dlcs, it takes you to your registered game contents(d/l the dlcs from there and install). no code redeem needed the Cerberus network is activated automatically on your account.

I am a Dragon Age fan with Origins and II, but had not gotten into Mass Effect. Right before this offer came out I had left DA II for awhile and bought and started playing ME 1. I had already decided to get ME 2 when this offer came out.

I just found out about the ability to download the Cerberus Network DLC this morning and I am right now downloading and installing it.

I bought the DA2 / ME2 bundle during this weekend's sale. I got the code for the firepower pack, but cannot find anything documented about a Cerberus redemption code, nor is it in the order confirmation email.

am I missing something?

I was very happy for this promotion, but only because I was in a unique situation. I didn't think much about getting Mass effect until I played origins and figured me would be just as good, but I had a ps3 and laptop that crashed often and had a 10% chance of actually reconizing the disk drive. When I learned me2 was coming to ps3 last year I was happy, but it was close to chriatmas and I was interested in other things.Around the same time I got a computer. When da2 came out I started thinking about getting me2 and I probably would have got it soon if it wasn't for this. I already beat it and it was a very enjoyable experience.

it is a fantastic experience (my favourite game by far) so play it again and make diffrent choices and see if you get a diffrent ending
