I re-installed the game (I uninstalled it after I beat it near release) and checked for DLC and didn't get much info so I went to my registered content page for ME2 and I have every Cerberus Network DLC that you mentioned there. I may check a couple of the DLCs out that I don't remember playing, but with so many new games out atm I doubt I'll get that deep in to it.

So it looks like I will just gift it out to a soon-to-be happy friend. Hopefully the issues I was seeing where this messed up your login ability for Dragon Age 2 are resolved and it will go smoothly. Thanks so much for your information. Happy Gaming!

Just chiming in to say that I have given my friend my code since I didn't need it. Since I already had the Cerberus Network, I had a chat with customer support and they set up my friend with it in less than two minutes. So for any of you gift givers out there, make sure you at least try to talk to CS and see if you can do the same.

(Would have been nice to get that Firepower Pack though. Ah, well! Still, thank you BioWare! My friend might just become indoctrinated with this offer! )

This is a great kindness on their part but I think I would rather them make the Dr Pepper special items like the face mask dealy or the cool goggles available again. I missed the free for all code by one frickkin day. Or some other in game items for ME2 or DA2 I already own both games. We love you Bioware

did you miss my reply to you on the previous page? if you already had da2 and had the black emporium code registered on the psn then the current outage wouldn't have effected you, you then needed to input the emorium code into the me2 offer page to get the me2 code.

the 29th cut off date is for xbox, pc AND ps3 so you've missed out.

Here's hoping someone responds about the broken link. I just found my codes today, so I was really hoping to get the extra copy of ME2.

After all, the offer should still be around if the cutoff date we were given is accurate.

It said 29th on the me2offer page while it was still up, 30th June to use the code once you got it from what I understood from the way it was worded. the page seems to be unavailable now.

Indeed, it is unavailable. All of the other announcements say the 30th of April, so here's hoping there's an error and they actually hold to the date that was and still is posted.

Ok, I GIVE UP!!

First, I couldn´t get a code to download ME2. I kept getting an account error.
I managed to contact EA and they provided me a code.
Then, it was pretty much a side quest to make that damned EADM work properly. It kept crashing, unlogging, freezing, disconnecting, I was just waiting for it to become a darkspawn!
Then after figuring out through all my firewall settings and proxys (and I´m very noob when it comes to this level of configurations so it took me a sweet time) I could finally acess the EADM to redeem my code.
And as I joyfully entered the code to redeem my download, I got the message "This product code is already used."

............

Back to try and contact EA for support again, but guess what? I can´t acess the "Contact Us" section of the site, it keeps asking for my login and password ad eternum. It feels like they´re saying "haha we gave that sucker an used code and now we´ll block him from the site so he won´t be able to complain".

SERIOUSLY!
AND I already have ME2 for the X360, I shouldn´t even bother, but I just hate to let things unsolved.

And after reading through the comments and posts I see that there are a lot of people who can´t finish or even start their downloads after they´ve successfully entered their codes!

You know it was actually good that I had this experience, so now I know how truly crappy EADM is and that I should never, EVER buy something through it.

Not sure if it helps but for those peeps who are getting errors or used code problems after useing it once and not seeing anything in the My Games tab, It seems to accept your valid code ONCE then takes you to the very same code redemption screen again. I simply closed it down then closed down the program, I came back about an hour later and everything had updated with ME2 being in my account and started to DL. I also remember reading something about it sometimes takeing its sweet time to accept the code and place the software on your account but I can't find link sorry, Anyway I hope it helps a few of you a bit.

just tried the links posted in the above 2 posts and it take me to the page where it gives you the me2 code as I've already entered my black emporium code, looking at the t&c it does say 30th april so guess I made a mistake in my recollection

Going straight to that page works. Went there, entered my DA2 online pass code, and I got my ME2 code and activated it on the EA Download Manager, DLing now.
