If only I could get there, more royal blood could sit the Iron Throne. I guess eventually it'll be called the red throne.

Isn't the Iron Throne supposed to be jagged and uncomfortable? It could be a mess by the end of the day lol.

My lineage extends to Muhammad, via his grandson Hassan. I actually have the lineage doc with every single name from 7th century till this day (my name is on it). It's apparently centuries old.

I have no beginning, I have no end. I am infinite. I will endure* coughs* Damn, I forgot how great that conversation with Sovereign in ME1 was, what happened :/... indoctrination.
I do hope that they don't try to cram in more that A storm of Swords into this season. They really should have split A Clash of Kings in two, there was far too much in that book to force into 1 season. I am slightly concerned about the whole "Jane Westerling" love plot that they seem to be progressing more with, I understand that they may want it to appear more tragic when my The Rains of Castamere plays, but I hope they don't jam that in there at the expense of the dialogue and interplay between Edmure Tully, Catlyin, The Black Fish and the Freys which leads to the Red Wedding.
Also Robb's plan to Lure Lord Tywin with his Raids in the Westerland. Although it looks like that is at least mentioned in the clips I've seen.

I believe that's over and done with as of the book starting, since Robb's first scene in SoS is to chew out Edmund for messing it up. Then again, they may change it up since Tywin hung out at Harrenhall and then went to King's Landing of his own accord in Season 2, as opposed to being "forced" to in ACoK.
Oh, and the Cushing Library here is doing an exhibit on George's writings since they've apparnetly been the official repository for him since the early 90's. Remind me to snap some pictures next time I'm on campus.
EDIT: Are we discussing lineage?
I've got nothing cool. Some French dudes that got kicked out of Canada and moved to Louisiana, some Irsh and Welsh dudes that were probably drunk, and some Norewegian-Swedish that probably did some cool stuff way back when. Maybe.

Yeah It was mentioned by Lancel, that Stafford Lannister had been killed in season 2. But it unfortunately doesn't mention that the was the Battle of Oxcross, and that Robb Stark has been raiding the Westerlands. I miss that awesome line where Brianne describes Lord Tywin's crossing to Catlyn at Riverrun.
The attacks being Lord Tywin's finger, probing for an opening, if he doesn't find one he'll gather them into a fist and make an crossing.

Hahaha- really? I've actually seen a bunch of it my local grocery store. Then again, I'm not that far away from that brewery compared to most people.
I'll have to pick some up this weekend.

Around here, no one even knew they EXISTED. I had to have someone tell the local sellers of its existence, have them contact their distributors, etc etc.
And as for the fights, yeah thats what I gathered from a few friends across the country.
As for the beer itself-
I personally haven't tried it yet. I think I'm gonna sell the bottles a few years from now, but drink one during Season 3.
Maybe during Episode 9.

Yeah, I'm in Upstate NY but still probably several hours away from Cooperstown. I saw some of the beer when I went grocery shopping at Wegmans last weekend. Maybe they had just gotten a shipment in since it looked like they had a decent amount. But then again Wegmans usually has a pretty great selection of just about everything.

Aye, then maybe my father could get a good amount if he so chooses. He's upstate as well.

which leads to one of the best moments of the second book when Joffery cuts himself on the iron throne and one of the people he's having executed says basically "The Iron Throne has rejected him, I told you so!"KvT Resurrect wrote...

My bad. We get alot of American tourists here so get the old "I'm related to Northern Irish kings you know!" alot. Often followed by "We had kings?"
They wouldn't stand for that these days. Health and Safety would be on it in an instant cordoning it off and taking pictures for their report. People don't know they are alive these days. Back in my day you'd be lucky if a chair didn't come with a grenade attached to it.

Interesting to note how in the "New Features" panel on the cover there is The Witcher 2 under the category "The Videogames."
Wonder what drove them to put 'non-GoT' related on the cover...

Oh and by the way, I refuse to name whats in the videos I recorded. Lets see you guys point out what I got on camera. I think there were only two things there I missed, one was Joffrey's outfit(which you can still kinda see for a moment, its behind Cersei's) and the Iron Throne itself, which I did sit in.
Note on that- A picture was taken, but I bloody hate it. This always happens when people take pictures of me, I despise them. Also, not gonna lie but it felt totally inappropriate to sit on that throne without the proper attire(YEAH YEAH YOU TOLD ME SO OKAY I ADMIT IT).
It was still pretty cool though. ANYWAY, on to the videos!

SPOILERS
I was disappointed Tywin didn't say one of his best quotes
“Some battles are won with swords and spears, others with quills and ravens."
I guess there's always a chance to have him say it later.
The scene with Tyrion otherwise is mostly faithful to the books IIRC.
And yea I liked it overall.
