So, hearing Chelsea Wolfe in the season 4 trailer was a surprise. Pain is Beauty is one of the best albums out of 2013 btw.

HBO Airing Game of Thrones Season 4 Preview
A Lannister always sets his DVR.

On February 9 at 8:45 p.m. (just before True Detective at 9:00), HBO will air Ice and Fire: A Foreshadowing. The 15-minute special promises both a look back at seasons one through three and a look ahead to Season 4, including clips from upcoming episdoes as well as behind-the-scenes footage and cast interviews.

We watched that last night, too. If we weren't already excited before, we definitely are now. (Oh, who am I kidding? We were excited before).

It's always cool to see what actors think of their peers, the set, the story. And quoting their favorite lines.

He could be a marathorn runner, or a lightweight boxer for all you know. Don't account size to fitness, it's shallow and pointless. I lift myself, and have done for a year after 6 years of boxing, and I can safley say that I was far healthier and fitter as a boxer than as a bodybuilder.

Momoa/Drogo is huge, though. I imagine it would take for-freaking-ever to get that big. And not all body types probably could.

:lol: he's not that big. To get like Momoa I'd give a year to a mesopmorph and 2 to a endomorph and ectomorph.

It's easier to get like he is since he has that full-contact body, not really a bodybuilder's (but I suppose he hasn't cut for a while. It's easier to tell the size of a person when he's at 10% bf or lower.)

I've helped ectomorphs put on lots of kilos. Hell, look at The Hodgetwins for inspiration, they were skinny fat for years and then they made all kiiiinnnndzzzz of gainssss hehe.

But do what makes you happy! No need for me to tell you that, hehe :D

I just hate it when people tell other people to 'hit the gym' like it's the only solution to fitness. I was never as big as I am now in boxing, but I was still strong as fuaark. There's a difference between strength and size, they don't always correlate :)
