I'm wondering if "Lady Stoneheart" will play a role in the show or will be cut-out.

 

I figure it could go either way.

 

A bunch has been cut from the TV series already, but that is sort of a semi important plot element.

I will be really disappointed if she's not included, I can't see em excluding her though, she has some great scenes. And of course it will be a major OMG moment for non-reader's who like the show.

Judging from that particular character's role in the books released so far, yeah -- Although, she might be more important Winds of Winter, perhaps she'll function as a plot device for the Stark characters development. But I'll leave that for the book thread.

Just finished my 3rd readthrough of the first book. It is probably my favorite series ever. It is without a doubt an emotional roller coaster. The last 1/3 of that first book has me crying the whole way. I'm not sure if I like the look of the actor cast as Robb, but I'll see how he does with the character. They did take some liberties with the ages of some of the characters, I noticed. Jon Snow (Kit Harrington?) is perfect, as is Sean Bean (he is ALWAYS perfect).

edit - @ Maria - Tyrion is one of my fav's. I love his character!!! I think Jon Snow and Arya are the other ones I really enjoy.

I don't lie Kit Harrington...he complains too much. But then again it is hard to show what is going on inside a person and GoT didn't even try.

Go on reading cat, book 2 and 3 are the real deal. The amount of stuff in the book compared to the series is like the Pacific compared to Lake Erie.

Honestly I am not seeing how she could be crucial in book 6, except if

I never liked the whole Lady Stoneheart thing, so I kinda hope they cut it altogether. Although I guess this arc needs to become more important in the remaining books, because so far it was rather worthless imo.

Heard a rumour last year that Oona Chaplin had apparently signed a contract to be cast again in GoT. Hope this isn't the case, since while I was never a fan of the Lady Stoneheart concept, it being changed to Talisa is just bizarre.

Last episode was uneventful. I want to see violence and plot resolution this sunday. The show can really drag at times.

Last episode was kind of a ''breather'' episode I guess, its like the last few meters slowly uphill before the cart goes down the cliff fast and brutal.

I immensely enjoy the funny / hilarious scenes with Aria and the Hound though, they're easily my favorite characters and my favorite character pairing.

I've read the books and watch the first season of the show...but I got bored, and stopped watching.

Lately I saw some picture of an old dude with one of the Stark , and I thought he was kinda hot.And I knew some guy I liked in the english TV show Misfits was joining the crew...so I'm thinking about watching again.

 

But then I found out those hot dudes were the Boltons...

I think I need some brain bleach.

Freakin' love Arya, she's my favourite female character. Massie is terrific as her, very true to how she is in the books personality wise. Stick em with the pointy end, awesome!
