I see your point, but she didn't look scared to me, that's what bothers me. She acted like an actual lover, not like a toy.
Your mention about inner circle however... Didn't thought much about it, but yeah, looks like I need to read the book again.
..Maybe that is why she held the bow, not the other girl. Maybe she is good in hiding her fear and pretending she enjoys it: Ramsay likes her act. Or maybe he has found a genuine psycho in her. I think both options mean Ramsay is being Ramsay enough. Though I agree that if she grows out to be The Lady Ramsay by his side or some such, then it appears little unfitting very quickly.
