Wouldn't it be crazy if all the iron island stuff is the season finale?
Next week's ep trailer. Really looking forward to Tyrion's trial.

The way they keep jumping from book to book, I'm starting to get a headache! ![]()

So it's still early before they introduce Euron and Victarion, maybe finding the right actors to portray them is the difficult part?
Game of Thrones in 1 Take 9 mins
Replace Joff with Jon and you have my fav characters ![]()
Honestly tho I did feel sorry for Cersei, poor thing has it hard from the time she was born (and no matter how douchebag her kid was, he was still her child and we all know how Cersei values her children above all)
Joffrey can rot in hell for all i care. i'm curious how Margaery will handle things now that she's the only Queen.
Personally, I always felt Book Cersei saw her children as little more than lifelines; so long as they live, the Valonqar will stay way.
The only way this series properly ends is if someone kills George RR Martin and the writer who you never expected finishes the series.
(that's a joke if you can't tell. No I have no desire for George RR Martin to die. He's far too entertaining. And not because of his writing....
)
I saw on Youtube that RR told the makers of the TV show ( Daivd Benioff and BD Weiss i think ) how the books will end , so if something happens to RR we can still see the end of the show / books .
You'll see it becasue as I hear it, by contract, HBO can make up their own ending if GRRM doesn't get to it in time...

NO! GRRM will finish the story!

Or maybe he might eat himself to death first like this vid suggests!
Please God don't take George away before he finishes the books!!!
If Stannis ever died...Well i would ditch the series promptly, i get sick of losing characters.
A Bunch of Lannisters, The one Stark i actually liked and The Merchant of Spices wasn't enough?

The show is pretty awesome as TV shows come, but it suffers from a severely crippling flaw: it's not the books
But then I am biased since I consider literature to be a much superior storytelling medium (even the Eragon film didn't manage to come close to its source material, which was pretty bad to begin with).
Anyway, I was looking forward to this episode because of you-all-know-what. That was great (Jack Gleeson simply can't do a bad scene) but the Shae plot line was even worse than usual, with extra cheese put on top. Is there really a demand for more Hollywood romance tropes after Talisa, or (as I suspect) is it all in their imagination?
I miss BookShae.
OK, making THAT scene

Spoilerwas completely inexcusable. I can forgive changes to a point, even see the reasoning behind some of them, but that change, hell no. What were D&D thinking?
That's the second time D&D has done that and I'm so disgusted.
Charles Dance saved this episode, I love Peter Dinklage but not in the damnest he's a best actor than the portrayal of Tywin by Dance.
About the Jaime/Cersei scene: it felt extremely awkward since in the books Jaime is one of the few characters that spoke against rape and then bang, adieu character development in the series.
Translated version of Wulffmorgenthaler's comic strip. Interesting.

It felt really off for me. It was so disgusting. Meanwhile, Tyrion is being turned into the biggest saint in Kingslanding since Ned Stark.

Wait, which scene exactly? Damn, I won't be able to watch the latest episode for another day or so... ![]()
But please, spoil me (in spoiler tags)!
