I'm a little less sure about the detour to Craster's Keep for Bran and Co. I can understand why they needed stuff from them to do that isn't traipsing through the forest for approximately the next book before reaching the Three-Eyed Raven, but it'll be really strange if Jon and Bran meet and probably feel rather contrived if they don't.
My money is on oh-so-tragic glimpse from distance just before fate drags them apart.
It has been years since I read the books but as I recall, this is more or less how the dynamics in their fuking has most always been. Jaime wants it, Cersei plays a refusal, resists sincerely enough for a time but like as not wants it just as much. I'm sure good part of their...scenes have looked plenty rapetastic in eyes of Varys' spies over the decades. Yet, she loves&wants him sincerely enough. In turns them both on and is just part of who they are.

I'd guess it jives with book canon.
Martin revealed to the producers details about the book series that have yet to make it to print. The producers also know how the book series will end.
I just read that the synopsis has since been taken down. I guess it really wasn't meant to be divulged like that.
You know, it used to be that the book readers would spoil the show, not the other way around.
Kinda funny that they spoiled the book readers.

I wouldn't bet on us seeing Crow's Eye either. I read somewhere they are going to condense him, Victarion and Aeron(I think that's his name anyway) into one character. I suspect they will do the same thing with the Sand Snakes.

Heresy! That gilded kraken heavy armor with the layered cape better make an appearance! I want my badass Cthulhu viking look awesome, I hyped Victarion for my non reader friends a lot.

The Sand Snakes can be combined into two or three characters pretty easily though

Meereen I enjoyed purely for the look on Barristan's after Dany's "answer injustice with justice line". Combined with the Targ flag on the harpy, he's definitely thinking "Oh crap I've heard this before".
EDIT: Also, I completely loved Jaime saying "I have one more gift for you" and then the cut to Pod.

Sorry for the spoilers, but it's really, really, just a dumb idea.
It'd not just require massive, massive, rewrites and destroy a lot of plots and subplots of the books, it could result in a confused and muddled mess of a character.
I can't find where I read it anywhere, maybe I'm going mad. But as I said it made no sense to me either. That's going to drive me nuts now trying to figure out where I read it. 
Eh the episode was kinda meh, slow. Well at least Sansa will get drastically more interesting now, her plot with Littlefinger and her aunt was a very enjoyable read.
