Mm hm. They're pissed. Good thing for Mommie Dearest that she's fireproof.
Not teeth proof, though.
I'm still hoping she'll pull a Rhaenyra.

See, that'll require an info dump for quite a few.

Nah, far as I know its canonical to the events of Game of Thrones the show. Not so much A Song of Ice and Fire.
The show is pretty much an alternate universe so...lol

Well yeah, I imagine most know this.
Show's gone off the rails by now as far as following ASOIAF goes.
So, in the lead up to tonight's episode I thought I'd ask you guys something. And although they won't be making an appearance this season, it's still a pertinent issue.

- does Bran Stark still urinate?
- does Hodor enjoy being urinated on?
- did it seem like Jojen Reed wanted to be urinated on for pleasure the entire time?
Good questions.
Hmmm... I'll have to think about it a bit before I can answer them.

No it leaks out of Summer via warging
Hodor thinks it's rain and thus sticks his tongue out as it's refreshing
Jojen definitely wanted ****** because porridge is bland without it
So Jamie's going the wrong direction, I wonder if we'll ever see Edmure Tully and the Blackfish again. Still annoyed at the Mance Rayder is Mance Rayder thing.
Damn it all. 0 RLY? Another episode another less 5 minutes for Sansa/Littlefinger. WTF

So Mane Rayder is Mance Rayder?
Well that's ****.

They don't appear all that much in the book, there's little to nothing to go off, that Robert fighting scene in the first episode wasn't even a thing I don't think
So Mane Rayder is Mance Rayder?
Well that's ****.
To be fair, it wasn't revealed to the readers what happened to Mance Rayder until much later.
We also get to see Dany give more sparks to the fire of rebellion burning right under her nose.
Facepalm worthy stuff that.
It gets better.
It gets better.
I take it you watched the leaked episodes.
Who would have though God was a dirty pirate?! ![]()
It's been awhile since I've read the books, but even there it doesn't get better (no sarcasm intended) for her.
I know, and that's how it get's better.
I want to see Dany get eaten by her own dragons.
Last night's episode left me wanting to troll the boards with "Best episode ever!" but I cooled off. What exactly happened last night that was meaningful? The riot in Mereene was something, as was Sansa and Brienne and Jon Snow being elected was also something but the rest of it was kind of meh. However exciting Brienne's fight was, it really served no purpose in advancing plot or developing characters.
I know, and that's how it get's better.

Episode spoilers follow, this is your only warning.
Imagine Stannis in Dany's position across the Narrow Sea. haha
Still got two more weeks before I can safely talk in this thread.
Had to pop in and say that John's election was a great scene though!
*returns to lurking in the shadows*
Imagine Stannis in Dany's position across the Narrow Sea. haha
Meereen would be entirely subjugated within weeks.
Why were they hissing?
Okay, I was confused about people talking about things that didn't appear last night, but some of you have seen the leaked stuff. Tsk.
She's been shown to be totally fireproof. The only thing that happened to her in the dragon birth scene is her hair got singed and she got some soot on her. That was a full on conflagration so it doesn't get any more fireproof than that.
Fire makes smoke. The thing about magic in Westeros is that it always comes at a price. This is why the R'hllor priests are the only ones who get anything done. But it's also why I'm with Varys that you don't want them taking over.
Screw Arianne, I'm missing Victarion.
Targaryan's aren't fireproof. We hear about them being burned to death all through the story. GRRM even said it (recently) that Dany is not fireproof at all. She has a resistance for it going on.
The one giving her this resistance is the lord of light\bloodraven, who wants her dragons.
Imagine Stannis in Dany's position across the Narrow Sea. haha
Funnily enough, there would be an exponential increase in people being burned alive vs. Dany, even though she has dragons.
Stannis only burns traitors, though. Dany burns people for personal gain.
