Jon can warg in the books. When he gets stabbed he wargs into Snow, who s on the other side of the wall at that point. On the show Snow is at the wall, protecting Sam instead of Jon.

Who says it didn't? There has only been one flashback scene? Why isn't her little friend still hanging around? Is it b/c Cersei had her murdered/crippled/taken away to suffer so she didn't have to see her be \more happy'? Face it, Cersei is evil and has often been uneccessarily cruel. Even before Stannis' death, I kinda thought the best ending for Davos would be to just shake his head and walk off screen, never to be seen or mentioned again. It's a better ending than most get.

Ever wonder what Book Stannis did to the show's writer(s) to earn his/their disdain? Did he kill his dog? Burn down his house? Say mean things about Daenerys the prefect?

I think it's a simplistic, fanfiction writer's take on GRRM's grimdark principles.

Another clue should have been how they discarded Barristan Selmy. Man, this season really took a dive.

Jon is a warg- it's possible that he could have warged just before death, into Ghost or someone else. But the show didn't give a hint of this ability and didn't show his eyes going white, so they probably are discarding that possibility for whatever reason.

I don't even know who's left that's worth rooting for. Daenerys and Tyrion you're supposed to like by default. Tyrion at least has wit and charm to go along with his plot armor. Daenerys on the other hand is just pretty and clearly the Designated Winner™. Woohoo.

 

The Tyrells maybe? I just hope Olena and Margaery can figure out how to make the latter appealing to the Night King or whatever. If they bite it too it may be time to bail.
