Thing is: sometimes games are labeled as "limited" but clearly aren't.

Thankfully in the case of DA it was extremely limited. Which makes me feel good about securing a copy.

I noticed this on Amazon.ca as well. I believe the U.S. site still has CE's available, but pre-orders for the PC and Xbox 360 are gone in Canada, or so it seems. Luckily I pre-ordered mine like, three weeks ago.

Look at it this way: The more popular DA:O is, the more money BioWare will have to put into Dragon Age 2!

I apologize if I sound new, and I'm sure everyone knows this question easily, but I was wondering if the DLC thats on the CE would be available for purchase for non-CE versions, on the day it comes out? I stupidly did not reserve until a couple days ago, thinking that a CE copy sell-out wouldn't be an issue in my area. I don't REALLY mind missing out on the cool extra content and map, but I would rather just get the DLC stuff the day I get the game.

I'm pretty confused about what stuff comes with what version and what's available online and will it be available to download for a price also.  I no longer have any idea what I'm getting or what I already have.

From what I've heard, WK is available the first day of release.

Hmmmm, i ordered the collectors edition from my local EB today. (Australia) No issues with number of copies there. Though it doesn't come out until the 5th November here.

Well, I don't think it's as popular as one would be lead to believe by sales of the CE. I think the target market for DAO is more likely to purchase a CE than say a Modern Warfare player would.

Popular? It seem's like i'm the only person in my school who knows about this game. Most of the people who play games in my school are FPS Fanboy ****s who only care about Halo and Call of Duty.

I have my receipt for the CE version from a Gamestop shop but I sure hope they actually have all those CE's in stock on Tuesday! I think there is going to be a bit of a rush.

Seriously. You try to pre-order the CE less than a week before release? This may fly in some cases, but overall, this isn't really a good measurement over how "amazingly popular" a game is. It's the goddamn collector's edition. They vanish like hot butter on a warm summer's day.

Edit: Sorry, that sounded a lot harsher than I realized, for which I apologize.

The decent ones anyway, the UK one isn't sold old and is likely to be available for a long time after release unless they drop it to a sensible price.

Wikipedia? If gives me lots of trivial information.
