Hello, and good day, I'm having some doubts here. I got my sig ed of DA2 and I send the code as said by the promo, but I haven't receive an email with my ME2 code yet, been 2 days now.

anyone having the same problem or is it just me?

It should have displayed on the web page once you submitted the code.

Yes. You can give "your" code to a friend and then they follow the redemption process.

Good to know that's legal and allowed.  That way if we have it, we can make someone's day.

12.8 GB, at least that is what size ME2 is taking on my PC.

However you also need the EA downloader, which is 63 MB plus the DLC that comes with the game (Cerberous network ect). I *Think* the ME2 file size noted above includes the DLC packs.

I already own ME2 and my friends that were interested in this game already bought it, but I'll check around.

But, I'm not happy at all with DA2, so I was wondering if there's a way I can just get some money back on it?

Upper right of your screen when on the Bioware boards, just under your SIg. Scroll down to profile>Your registered game content.

This lists all the DLC/bonus/unlocked items for all the Bioware games you own and can use and on what platforms. There should be five ME2 DLC's listed - maybe six if you have a copy of DAO and the Blood Dragon armour in that game.


If you have any problems you can contact the EA support people though the EA store, who in my experience (and it seems others on here too) are very helpful if DLC isn't showing up. The fastest way to get help here is to click on the links to talk to a support rep in a chatroom. They can give you a code to unlock the DLC if it isn't showing up, providing you have downloaded ME2 through the store and are using the same account for DA2 and that copy of ME2.

regarding the cerberus network:
do i have to do anything ingame first? i downloaded the game and installed it, i also registered it here but i am just seeing the blood dragons armor from DA:O times.
thing is i didn't play it at all, as i want to finish ME1 first.

You can download the Cerberous stuff and install it without having to play ME2 itself. However the game will only unlock the content for use in games after you've logged into the Cerberous network within the games title screen. You don't have to play the game though.

I got the code for a me 2 copy and gave it to a friend at work.My question is this....I already had the cerebus network applied to my account(I own the pc dde,preordered from steam)and of course the cerebus code was automaticlly reapplied to my account when I got my free copy.ANy way I can get the second cerebus code removed from my account so I can give it to my buddy so he can apply it to his?

He'd have to buy it - from what I recall the Cerberous package is linked to the same account the Black Emporium is on from DA2.

It is free if you don't have ME2 but do have DA2, the Cerberous stuff also becomes free if you had a second hand copy of ME2.

I already have Mass Effect 2... actually it was the whole reason I looked in to other Bioware games in the first place.

I like the gesture, even if it is to get people hooked up on ME for ME3

Anyways I'm having difficulties getting anything out of EADM.
I've went to "Redeem Game Code", entered the code that I got from here http://social.bioware.com/me2offer/, pressed Next, and then EADM asks me what version do I want, I selected the English version, pressed next and then nothing.
Now If I try to use the same code again, it says to me that the code has already been used, which is evident, but has there is no download I'm a bit at a loss.

Is the code from the page, the serial for the game?

Its been 72 hours since I got my code and all the cyberious stuff is on my account, but when I bring uo my EA DLmgr the only thing there is my game Dragonage2 and play option. when is EA going to allow me to enter my code and Dl ME2?

have you clicked the "redeem code" option? you have to do that to redeem your code to ME2
