I think I had a drink in New Orleans once that used those ingredients, it might of even been called a train wreck.
For me, the patch would end up needing to be larger than the initial install of the game to fix this broken turkey.

On topic, the big patch will be a while yet, at least on consoles, Microsoft and Sony have to check it out.
