But you can't play with those people....moofox6 wrote...
Buy it for the medium in which it was intended to be played on, pc, and you can play on user made maps, and use content created by those players.

They wanted to make a game that you could play and enjoy alone. I for one am quite pissed off about the flood of Multiplayer games. I find no pleasure in playing a game with a bunch of strangers.
And I find it hard to have any serious multiplayer options with my friends as we all have conflicting work and school periods.
Thank god some companies still honor the single player component of games...

I even miss the option of creating your whole party from scratch in Icewind. Added a lot to the re-play value. At least for me.
That said, this game is worth the cost even if you just play through it once, alone, in the dark... Under a blanket. In a basement.

I am beginning to have second thuoghts on whether I should spend $50 on a game that has no multiplayer. Anyone else feel this way? I mean really, single player games are so boring, you can't play with friends, you can't meet interesting new people, you can't play custom made maps and mods, and once you beat the game, there is no point in playing it again (since it's single player only).
Nope. Don't agree with you at all.
