The patch is not coming for me as well. Is it the US servers?

The patch is still not up & its 2:38 pm here.my thinking is Sony will follow its normal pattern everything is up by 5:30 to 8:00 pm *sigh* but if its not knowing that the Eu verison has it & we won't its b*lls**t but sadly nothing we can do.

Also, patch isn't coming on the EU servers as of yet. Let me try my US account...

EDIT: Nope, patch still doesn't comes up. Maybe its a country thing?

Confirmed for the EU (Netherlands). Just booted up ME2 and it downloads patch 1.03 even with PSN down. Woopie!

Yep, I'm EU too, and I've just got it. I think it's safe to say it's in Europe now!

Anyways, thank you BioWare, and especially you Jesse for getting this patch through so quickly. Time for my next playthrough - think I might use this one for ME3!

Might have to wait until it's 5:30-8 on the Pacific coast. 6:30-9 Mountain, 7:30-10 Central, and 8:30 to 11 Eastern.

Or, whatever they are. I know there's a three hour difference from Eastern to Pacific. I;m not an expert on the timezones.

Can we have an upate on what issues the patch actually adresses? I downloaded it last night, but I have no idea on what it fixes and any other possible changes? Could have an overview if possible please?

Trust me when I tell you that no issue or person is ignored.  Especially by me.  Our customers satisfaction is one of my primary concerns.  I can say that there are rules around what I'm allowed to talk about and what I'm not governed by the PR department.  Acknowledging issues requires a very specific set of rules to be followed.

Generally for example when I release patch notes, I'm breaking the official rules.  Chris for example is usually supposed to release the notes after a certain set of details have been followed, and often we don't release patch notes - Check the ME2 Xbox Title Updates and Old Dragon Age Origins patches

AllI can say is that I personally read the forums a lot of many issues that you folks have brought forward have been fixed because of the empassioned response to them.  Sorry for not saying more, I'm just trying to be as transparant as I'm allowed to be.

^^ Yes, I dont really mind if it is Chris who releases information about the changes in patch 1.03 .

I never asked specifically Jesse to provide us with the information. But really I dont think it is too much to ask for the patch notes when the patch itself is already released! I mean isnt that supposed to be the case every time an update/patch comes out? before you install you are provided with a list of changes.

So, Chris, or whoever is in charge, I would really like to know what this patch I downloaded changes.

Any word on details? I think it just fixes the Genesis bug, since it came out so quickly. I will post post if I notice any changes with the audio...

I checked 3 hours ago at 7:30am now its 10:24am still no patch on us verison. it mint be today or next week or it mint be 3 weeks from now it all be pens on if Sony wants to or not. p.s. wow Sony's lazy the eu verison as it but the people at Sony here in America think its funner to sleep or whatever they're doing.

I am guessing they have their hands full with the hack of the PSN, and private information stolen from users... I have already canceled my credit card just to make sure. I really hope they catch them anonymous idiots and make them pay hard for the grief they have caused us...
