Jesse, do you know if PS3 users will be getting another patch once the PSN is back up?

I ask because I swore i recall you saying something about a "late April" Patch coming, correct me if i remember wrong lol

So PSN let me download the Dragon Age 2 patch even though PSN is still down. Hopefully the same thing will happen with this patch.

Ever since the first patch, the one that fixed the save game issue, things have only gotten worse for me. Occasionally, a save will delete itself, but the autosave and the mission restart save are still there. The sound is even MORE glitched, things cut out, the whole opposite decision thing, the comic itself glitched and just showed Shepard's mask continuously moving in a dark background, etc. It seems that for those that had no problems, they were created, and those that had problems, were fixed on occasion.

Yep - I'm not in the office today as it's a Canadian holiday.  But I did get an email that looks suspiciously like Sony saying it's approved.  But I need my Ops manager to give me confirmation on Monday.

I ran into the a glitch in the game. Some people follow the choices i made in the genesis comic and some follow the opposite choice. Like I choose to save the council, Jacob and that C-Sec guy(head person) thought i let the council die but when i talked to them they were alive. Also I choose Anderson as the Councilor and that part went fine until Uldina walked in and he acted like the Councilor for that short bit but right after going back to Anderson he acted like Council like he shouldve been. So in short some follow my choices and some dont, this is my first new game after the patches came out so yeah.
I only started a new file so I could have a shepard that Romanced Ashley, than Miranda because he got pissed at Ashley for having a poor attitude at Horizon But i do find it strange that i am getting my choices mixed up and changing depending on the person i speak with that brings up such matters.

It will be fixed in this new upcoming patch.

Yes, Everything will be as you chose once we get this patch.

Jesse, correct me if I am wrong, but I thought you should have been having a holiday for the last few days already. Why are you still checking out the forums!!! You should really be relaxing somewhere else, like on a beach or something.

For those of you who don't know, once you have started working you would quickly fall into the habit of regularly checking up on the calendar for public holidays.....

Ok, just noticed something new.

Dunno if it is the fault of the update or not, but for whatever reason, Kasumi's clothes are now all glitches up, and instead of being of the standard color and pattern, she's now has the Phalanx pistol scheme on them. I'm not making this up,

This has happened twice so far, HOWEVER, it only happens on her loyalty mission. After it, her cloths eventually go back to their usual way.

Well Point i was making is i didnt have these errors when i played ME2 prepatch, this is my first new game after the patches have been released. My only worry prepatch was freezing during saving, which i solved and prevented by standing still when i saw the save icon. 

But not that i have read the whole thread when posting my recent problem with ME2, I will just wait to continue my Miranda affair file after the patch(whenever that is, due to the PSN problem) I dont really care to run into that situation again where one guy tells me i made the opposite choice and the guy right after that tells me i made the right choice that i picked and in the same scene too.

Wait, let me get this straight so the patch will fix this choice issue right? What happens if I have already gone through one or two of these options already? (Will it automatically fix them, example being the gun store clerk's reaction and the council part with Udina reaction, as soon as I noticed this issue I stop progressing in either of my two new paragon sheps, but I saved the game after I talked to expedition store clerk not realizing it.) The patch will fix this right? I really don't want to delete my black female paragon shepard since she came out so nice...

Funny thing is that I had no issues with my renegade shepards, just effects my paragon it seems.

All these Downloads don't need PSN.
when you patch a title you are infact signed out of PSN. so although Sony are kinda tied up at the moment the Patch could be added to the servers for update. I have updated 3 titles while PSN was Down HOME, KILLZONE 3 and PAIN. 

I also found out That you can't collect another weapon pick up on the collector ship on your second new game+
dam I miss my Geth assult rifle

I just put my disk in and I got prompted about a new update.

It's live. Will test it though just in case.

Edit: I can confirm that the patch fixes the genesis issue, Jacob now acknowledges that Ashley has died instead of Kaidan when I choose so. Thanks Bioware.

your right i just checked & there is no patch because psn is down.

Patches don't require PSN access, they're stored on a separate server.

True, I always get logged out from PSN when a game wants to patch/download.
Today is no different, started up ME2 and patch 1.03 was there and downloaded/installed, and no PSN was available.

I can confirm the patch is out in EU. Since PSN is down you only need to be connected to the Internet. Got prompted as soon as I started Mass Effect 2.
