First off, I would like to say sorry if this is a repeat post.
I have been playing ME2 for, like, ever, and I am playing once more to complete a save for ME3 once it comes out. Problem is, my computer, well, kind of sucks. I was wondering if there was a way to change the directory that ME2 stashes the saves in so I could play on my dad's desktop. We are "connected" through homegroup, but for some reason, his computer cannot connect to mine (the opposite is not true though, do not know why, have tried everything) but I can get to my laptop's documents through the network. So I was wondering if there was a way to make it so the copy of ME2 installed on my dad's desktop would load the saves that are saved on my laptop.
I would just transfer it all to the desktop, but I can't go on the desktop when my dad is home (he tends to want to go on it, lol) so I have to play on my laptop. Which is ok, the laptop may suck, but it can still play ME2... just not that well. I just want to know if there is a way to play the same save on both computers other than loading it all to a flash each time I go to the other computer and then saving the new info back to the flash when done...

Got the homegroup to work (firewall issue). Still want to know if there is a way to do what I described above.
Oh, and both computers are Win 7 home premiums.

ME2 automatically goes right for the Documents folders of the logged-in user. I don't think there's any way to do this that would be simpler than just using a flash drive to transfer them there and back, sorry. :/
Edit: Might want to check this out. Though, unless you're often in the habit of wanting quick access to your Documents folder on other computer in your network, the set-up may again be more trouble than it's worth.

I don't know how to do that (and can't find anything on it online.... or at least, on how to set it up) and, from what I did find, it looks like it can't be set up while connected to wireless.
If you know more about this, it actually sounds like a good idea... I do actually go on my dad's computer a lot (one of the reasons I thought homegroup was a good idea), but I couldn't find any info on how to set it up online... just on what it is
otherwise, yeah, flash drive it is

Sorry, your research is as good as mine on those roaming user profiles. I remembered it could be done and managed to find that Wiki article after a few search terms, but I've never actually set it up myself.
