Does the main character find those blades he's brandishing (as a rogue) when you have to pick what type of character to play? I'm sure that this has been asked before, but I was unable to find it, so my apologize for the repost. Thanks

You mean the weapons being used in the fake scene before Cassandra calls him on it?
The only dagger that looks like those in game is named Finesse. You can get can get in Act 3 from the quest featuring Zevran. Sadly it doesn't have a matching pair. The fake scene uses a stand in kind of weapon that is much lower level as is the champion armor they are wearing.

Theres a second blade that looks almost the same you can buy in the Gallows in Act 3. But you can get much better blades by that point.
