I pre-ordered my game from the EA last week but I am wondering if it will be shipped in time for it to arrive on my doorstep come next tuesday. Anyone have any insight on this? Please let me know.

It is very possible it will not ship until the release date. So hopefully you ordered it with a form of Air/overnight shipping. You should have it on the 4th or 5th at the earliest

It may come on Nov 3rd,IF you ordered for overnight shipping. If you did not then it will come to you as the regulated shipping style 4-7 days( it varies on whom EA decides to ship with). Of course this all varies on which shipping you have chosen.

I didn't go to the store because I wanted the collector's edition and none of the stores where I live are offereing a pre-order on that version of the game.

Some people are getting them. They probably ship at different times depending on where they have to go(the post I linked is for a guy in Quebec).

I digitally pre-ordered it but I have this terrible feeling EA's servers will be overloaded and it will be a couple days before I can get it.
