As title - anyone know what file/variable I have to change? I don't like cinematic games playing at framerates above 30fps
((. Anyone who gives the answer gets my eternal appreciation and a imaginary cookie! *High5!*

The engine behind DAO and DA2 rather famously does not support frame rate capping natively. The closest would be using v-sync, which will cap the frame rate at your monitors refresh rate (usually 60 fps for LCD's).
Guess I'll have to pass on the imaginary cookie....
