I'm on disk 2 and this is my 3rd playthrough which is also my Insanity playthrough and my first playthrough with every single piece of DLC that's been offered for the game.
Anyway, it's been awhile since I picked up where I left off and I'm trying to get back into it.
Is there any way at all to change Shepard's hair? We can switch out bonus powers, retrain all skills completely, even remove his scars, but I haven't seen a way to change his hair or anything.
I'm guessing that we can't.
Is there anyway to change Shepard's Haircut?

As far as I know you can't change the fundamental look of Shepard during the game (the scar thing is even more 'cosmetic' than usual). The only time you can change how Shepard fundamentally looks is during the character creation screen.
Note also that the default male Shepard cannot be changed.
