I know I've read about this problem elsewhere, but my "search"-fu is weak. The game installed without even going to the "enter key" process, and it's not showing in the Config program, obviously, I guess, as I've never installed ME to this new machine, though I did DL it once before on my last rig.
I hope this is why I, and Support, have not been able to find the reason why the BDtS DLC fails everytime. I have a ticket out, but that is not looking very promising, as it's been 3 days since the last contact.
Game installed without asking for Key

If you want to try adding the key manually to the registry (use regedit, Windows Key + R and type "regedit") it looks like mine is stored under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Wow6432Node\\Electronic Arts\\Electronic Arts\\Mass Effect \\ergc
in a string with the (Default) name.
This is the Steam version, but hopefully it's the same across all versions.
Note that the "Wow6432Node" is the result of Windows 64-bit; it won't be part of the path if you're using a 32-bit OS.
