This is what I am fearing is causing the problem.. Of course, I'm hoping it isn't.. I mean, what would be the point then of linking your PSN account to your Bioware/EA account, so I don't really know how that could cause the problem for The Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon Armor, but for the Warden's Keep I suppose it could be, though I'd still like to know for sure what exactly is at cause..

On a sidenote, not that it matters, Embri's Many Pockets doesn't seem to be working for me either, so still absolutely nothing I'm afraid..

It looks like the PS3 version might have a problem with different PSN stores, and you might have to use exactly the PSN store of the origin. For example, if you buy the (less expensive) GB version in Germany you probably cannot buy any DLC from the German PSN Store. In this case you might have to create a GB or US PSN account (even though Sony does not allow this officially).

However, my German version finally works nicely with the German PSN Store. Thanks to the support!

If you imported from another country then the codes you get in the box need to be used in the store from the same coutry ie The NA version you need to redeem the codes in the NA store not the EU store. If you used in a different store then you might be outa luck cause the codes are one use only....i think thats the prob. Any suggestions?

Yeah thats the prob. You need to have access to the psn shop to download it. Theres nothing you can do until sony decides to add an online shop to your region

Ok, call me crazy but I just bought another Dragon Age copy, this time not imported because I couldn't wait for the release date, but just from my own region and lo and behold! All of a sudden all the DLC shows up.. Even the Blood Dragon Armor and The Stone Prisoner code which came from the first copy, so I've now got a spare set of codes for The Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor.. Anyone?

Urgh.. Not very nice though.. Now I have 2 copies of the game when I only need one..

What I do find odd still though is, Embri's Many Pockets is from Journeys.. Shouldn't that have worked no matter what version? Unfortunately, apparently not, but still, at least it works I suppose.. Just really sucks I had to buy it twice

NEED HELP!
Non of my content is showing up in the game. I might have shot myself in the foot though. Here are the stupid things I did wrong:
1:My PSN name is XSpikeSpiegelX, but I registered as xSpikeSpiegelx
2:I registered with my main hotmail adress, but forgot my PSN was on another mail adress.

I have allready used both my blood armor code and my stone p code. I also uploaded my character creator character to this account.

What can I do? Im gonna cry if I can't fix this:P

Also:
1:Can I get the ring and the armor on a character that is allready played on, or is it only for one created after getting the addon?
2: I bought my copy from Game.com and I was supose to get 2 items from doing so, but I don't have them, and there were no codes for them in the cover. Do I get them trough other means, or have game.com f-ed me over?

I tried changing my email on the PSN settings on the playstation, but for some reason it wouldn't accept the other email...

I think as long as the right PSN account is linked into the Bioware/EA account you should be fine.

Since you get the armor through a quest/vendor (not really sure which since I haven't played with it yet) you should be fine with a character that's already created

With most preorder items like this from Game.com, Play.com and others, they e-mail you the code to the email address you're registered under them with, so if you haven't received in those codes in your mailbox, best to try the customer support.

seriosly that suxx if u cant get legel way dlc in your country, if your country dont have psn. So I made deal with EA when I bought DAO CE, but I cant use dlc items which were included cause there is no psn?

The only code you enter into this actual site is the code for the dragon blood armour. All other codes are entered via the download content section in the main menu of the game itself. If the codes have previously been entered correctly you will get an error message, but if not it will seem like after you enter them nothing happens, but just be patient and they will show up in game. Any correctly entered codes will appear on this site through the profile tab in the "your registered game promotions" section.

I was having big problems previously with my DLC, only 2 of 5 entered codes appeared in game but all were viewable on this site. Last night i booted up the game and i am glad to say that all my DLC has appeared and i now can start the game. So if anyone out there is experiencing similar problems don't worry just be patient and your DLC will appear

edit: I switched the email on the EA site to the same as on my playstation, but I can't get my PSN persona because its stuck on the wrong account.... WHY IS THERE NO DELETE PERSONA BUTTON??

Ok this is what worked for me,

go to playstation.com, then PSN and create a new account for whatever country your game is from.

I'm in Australia but I got an US copy so i didn't have to wait til the 19th Nov (Aus release date).

So I made a US PSN account with the same email as my EA account, then created a new profile on my PS3, linked it to the US PSN account and then everything appeared -

Shale

Blood Dragon Armoud

Embri's pockets

Helm of Deep



Hopefully that makes sense...

Pre-ordered teh game fine (lives in UK). Put the codes in, shales code got wrong, couldn't got the 3 items of the CE, yet 24hrs. after installing the game and playing it, with some code active, warden's keep+ blood armour, all the other codes, including the one i got wrong appeared in the DLC section... i was happy but scruk me as weird. As for other regional version of this game, i don't know . Sorry.

ok so here's my problem...i'm having the same problem all of you are having except under downloadable content the stone dlc isn't there anymore giving me the impression that it's already downloaded. however its not listed anywhere in the game.
