Hi All, I had this issue earlier but now I got it to work. (Maybe by luck). One thing you can try before starting the game is actually logging off this site as in social.bioware.com. Then log in again (using pc) and then at the same time log in to the game using the console.

tried this but with no success....  but did you "log off" in the game menu and then log back on? i can't see an option for that. when i was in the middle of playing before i got logged off for some reason, and then at the main menu bottom left hand corner there was an option to log in, but once i logged in there was no option to log back out. does anyone know how to log out in the game so maybe i can try that?

Yes I logged off. I think the 'sign in to dragon age server' option is tied to the psn option. I exited the game as well as logged off psn. Log in online (PC) to social.bioware, then log in to PSN, then started the game.

Ac2 is that good it's going to be hard to get into dragon age for a while!

had this problem too. Tpyed in the code for the stone dude and nothing seemed to appear. tried the code again and was told it was invalid, so it must have recognised it. I hope this means i haven't 'missed out' by typing it in a day early or something. that seems rather strange.

Am glad I'm not the only one here. Fingers crossed with toes in a meat pretzel that we get our DLC soon or (for me and others in my area in lil old australia backwater towns) EB Games may have an angry mob with pitchforks demanding 30 bucks back here is hoping we dont have to resort to such primal activities.

I too have had this issue - I'm in South Africa and had the PS3 verison since friday the 13th Nov and have been struggling with this issue since then. In a way, I'm glad to see that it appears to be a general fault then and not just me!!!

As long as you have your account they should still work.

I'm having the same issue, only got the PAL PS3 CE today and when I went to redeem the codes earlier I just got a blank screen, looking at my profile here though I see it seems to have worked so hopefully it will appear soon. I think I just logged off PSN about half an hour ago and the UK store update didn't seem to be live, they have a ton of content to add today so it might just be that causing the delay.



Oh and I also don't see any sign of my DA Journey's unlock, but I guess thats still the same issue.
