anyway Mr Leong, thanks for your answer. it make us feel a little lighter..
remember that the big problem is not only about the stone prisoner dlc, but also about the other CE dlcs.
I've got a question. Now the game says that my CE codes are no more useful. But I noticed a thing: the first time I inserted them, no advice came out. Even for the SP and the CE stuff. Just like they worked. But nothing happens. Only BDA worked. Then, on a second trial, the advice started.
Forgive my english, I'm trying to explain my experience at the best of my possibilities...
anyway, someone noticed this too?

The game was purchased today and the codes entered prior to starting a new character.
*edit* All of the items are currently listed in full as being redeemed via my profile but I only have the Lucky Ring and Dalish Promise Ring ingame.

Please be patient. If you redeemed a code, you will not lose that content.
Once the free version of the DLC is made live it will appear in the downloadable content screen off the game's main menu and you will be able to download it for free.
Completely understand the frustration as you're looking forward to getting these asap in your game. We're hoping to hear back from SCEE shortly and will update you as soon as we can.

It's a real shame this had to happen during the weekend, though. I really don't want to go beyond my origin story until I have the Stone Prisoner DLC.

Sorry folks - we are aware of the issues and we've been working on trying to resolve that with SCEE since. We needed to really understand what exactly the problem was in order to communicate that back to you.

Thank you for letting us know. Though can I ask about any problems with paid DLC as well? I bought Warden's Keep off of PSN yesterday, but it does not seem to be working either? So for me at least it isn't just restricted to the free DLC (consisting of both The Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon Armor), neither of which seems to work for me, whereas I can see nearly everyone has the Blood Dragon Armor available to them?

NomadicWulf have you installed wardens keep off the xmb under the games tabs?
Of course, it won't work if I won't install it... It's there under Game Data as well, I tried redownloading and reinstalling it as well, but to no avail..

I see i see. Sorry didnt mean to sound talking down. Its all this ingame installing etc confusing everyone. Woulda been hell of lot easier to put the content on the game disc and install through there. Or at least least give us DLC codes to use in the actual psn shop. DOnt see why EA have done it this way. This is my first bad experience with a bioware game since way back with BG1. kinda disheartening and makes me want to play this game less and less.
Don't worry about it, I haven't even gotten around to ingame installing yet. I just keep getting the 'No downloads available' notice whenever I check the Downloadable content tab, so the game isn't even registering that Warden's Keep exists to be installed, even though it's right there on the PS3 hard drive, for me at least.. If it was just an issue with the Bioware/EA account I could understand why I still don't have the Blood Dragon armor or The Stone Prisoner, but the fact that Warden's keep isn't working either just baffles me...
